The tiny community of Nemah has only a few scattered farms and homes, my campground, an oyster harvester, and a fish hatchery.

My partner and I were lucky enough to purchase it in Oct 2020 and our goal is to bring it to its original beauty and charm with the most up to date amenities. Long Beach Peninsula has been a family vacation destination for a long time and there's so much fun to be had on every inch of land!
Located centrally between Leadbetter Point and Cape Disappointment, we have 16 full hookup RV sites (30 amp power/water/septic/Wifi) close enough to enjoy the fun of Long Beach and Ocean Park, but far enough to retreat to your camp for quiet and relaxation. Great sites. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and even had a pet wash. Full hook ups and the yurts really made us want to come stay in those sometime. Will be back in a few weeks.

Definitely a must camp here! End of September so everyone just had been there for fishing season. Pretty much had the place to ourself. Everyone here is so welcoming and kind, we had full hook ups a few steps away from river and lots of land to have peaceful hikes. There a little house with just a full kitchen, washer and dryer and bathrooms even with a shower. A quick 35min drive from Astoria which we spent one of our days at. The lady assisting the owner was so kind to give my kids a golf cart tour of the dry camping area and were the walking trails are at. They loved it!!! Everything very well managed and cared for here. I do like to be able to drop trash instead of haul it back but not a deal breaker we will definitely be back.

We had such a great time at Tahuya Marina and Resort! The bathrooms and showers were super clean, and it was nice having easy access to drinking water. Even with a burn ban, the marina had a perfect little spot for s’mores, which our kids loved. The campground made it easy to get to the dock and the general store, so everything we needed was right there. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place with great sites that have all services available. Great family game area, pool table in the beautiful lobby and a hot tub that has great views of the Hood Canal. Our dog and I found a well established low impact trail that went quite a distance out into the woods with benches and a picnic table.

Cedar and Surf has been marvelous to our family twice this summer and I highly recommend them to anyone with littles or just a desire to enjoy camping or rv-ing with access to the cleanest campsite bathroom I’ve ever experienced and consistent warm water. A small laundry room made the beach (which was within walking distance) so much less stressful with my chaotic little one who went through half their clothes in one day. The rec room with fridge and freezer and sink for dish washing is a lovely touch as well that made keeping our gear tidy much less of a chore.

Check in was so easy, the staff was incredible and were very hospitable. The short walk to the marina and the morning views were so beautiful, not to mention great sunsets. The sound of the creek is really soothing at night. No issues at all. I definitely would stay here again - perhaps in one of the cabins next time!

I couldn’t have planned a better weekend trip. The amount of fun my kids and I had was amazing. Great place to stay, I absolutely recommend it. There were lots of activities for my kids that were put on by the lodge as well as a movie and s’mores on the lawn on Saturday night. Can’t wait to come and do it again. We really enjoyed this unique campground. It was exceptionally clean (I noticed they checked each site after a camper left and power washed the pad). The staff was very kind and helpful.
The hiking trail behind the campground was really great and almost surreal! Our pup loved it! We will definitely be back soon!

We camped in our 30 ft coleman. We had a blast with the quick dune walk to the beach with out kids. The only thing I'd say is our spot was tight and didn't allow for our truck to fit there well. All the amenities were amazing clean and very apparently looked after well! My kiddos wishes they had their bikes if we stayed longer! definitely will next time!

A really nice spot available to a variety of camping/clamping styles. Facility was good. Bathrooms could use a boost but they’re perfectly functional.
Donna who is new (grounds keep) there greeted us, and we think she’s a keeper along with Bolton, her akita.
Only caveat was the landscaper peeled through the place in his truck with trailer, clearly with attitude. I am sure they could do better.
Also easy and nice access to the ocean!
