It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm. The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive. The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. This is for the adventurous Hipcamper that appreciates the bumpy dirt road. Your Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla won't get you here. Cell service is limited. It is not recommended to arrive after sunset But it is so worth it. Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the west side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain. If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there. Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area. The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask! We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know. Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet. We provide a privy for guests to use, but be prepared to pack out waste in case it doesn't meet your standards. We try to keep it clean and stocked with TP, but we can only get out to the land every few weeks. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, Sagebrush Hollow is the place for you.

We have a small area, but most of it is shaded and right by the river. Learn more about this land: Come camp near the river at a fully-functional whitewater river rafting basecamp!! Our group-style camping area is ideal for small groups of people or couples. We have a total of 4 spots. Spot #1 is our largest spot, suitable for 4 or 5 two-person or three-person tents. Spot #2 is a bit smaller, ideal for up to 3 medium-sized tents. Spots 3 and 4 are suitable for two small to medium-sized tents. Camp spots are next to each other, so there's not a lot of "wild forest camping" here.  We refer to it as urban camping. All spots are level and graveled. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise in the area, as we are near Highway 2.   There are also picnic tables in the camping area for all campers to use as well as several hammocks.. Access to the river is very nearby. Weekend camping is limited, and you may occasionally hear the sound of a train whistle. WiFi and a fire pit are included, as well as on-site port-a-potties.  Hot outdoor showers are also on-site and available to all rafters and campers. There is a large communal fire pit, but no individual campfire pits; however, the option is to bring a propane stand-alone fire pit.  Fires are allowed in April, May, and June; the fire ban starts on July 1st due to wildfire concerns. No smoking and children are OK as long as they are kept under control and monitored at all times.   Our property features potable water, on-site outdoor showers, and a foot-operated hand wash station.  Our camping area is somewhat small and does not have grass, but it is graveled.  Please be respectful of our neighbors and other campers by keeping your music at a low to medium volume.  Please bring a photo ID and a credit card to complete our camper registration form.  Additionally, we are a river rafting company, so we may not have anyone present when you arrive - don't worry, we are likely on the river and will return soon!  *** Please message before booking to ensure we are a good match***

2 nights at Bianchi Vineyards RV Site

We loved staying at the vineyard! Kim was a wonderful host and everything was as stated in the posting (and I have never seen a cleaner portapottie!). We especially enjoyed the covered patio with the propane fire pit - it was a great place to hang out and look at the lights across the valley and even the snowmaking up at Mission Ridge. 10/10 and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

They communicated with us very well, giving clear instructions on how to get there and what to expect. The land was beautiful and we were able to get a good nights rest, as we were just passing through! The out house was cool and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Weekend Trip to Del Rosario Family Vineyard

We had a great visit on Renato’s land. It was so beautiful and we had the place to ourselves! We did a wine tasting with Renato and his wine is delicious! It was wonderful hearing the story of his winery and learn about his love for wine making. Our dogs had so much fun playing fetch on our site. The spots are huge with plenty of room for pets and kids to run around and explore! Beautiful views of the valley to wake up to. Thank you for hosting us Renato!

This is a lovely spot with the view of the canyons and vineyard. We chose site 4 as it was more remote than the sites with electrical that are closer to the road. So we had no services but the ports potty was clean and convenient. You really feel like you are in the middle of nowhere in cool off the grid way yet its not hard to get to and Renee was so kind with a wine tasting and telling us about his organic wines. Very fun!

Absolutely loved this campsite! It was an adventure to get there and the views were so worth it! The host was very responsive and gave great directions on how to get there! Even with all the smoke from the fires the view was breathtaking! Definitely recommend anyone will love it!

We stayed for a quick overnight trip - the grassy lot was perfect for our stay and fit us and a couple other camper vans with plenty of space and quiet. We left soon after sunrise, but were glad we got to visit with the goats and chickens first! Would come back!

Great location with stunning views. It's definitely up there, and the road initially feels a little sketchy, but don't let that scare you. I was easily able to tow a 30ft trailer up no problem, and Chris came right out to assist and asked if I needed anything! Being so high, be prepared for wind, but if you get a night with no wind, the sunset views are amazing! I would definitely stay at these sites again!

Beautiful site! Tracy is so kind. She checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. The tent site is beautiful, soft, and sheltered. The river is absolutely magical. The stars are unmatched. And her dog is just the best. 10/10 spot :)

Weekend Trip to Elevate Vineyards

Elevate vineyards was such a unique experience for tent camping. Stunning views of Lake Chelan, you get a sunrise view over the mountains and a sunset view over the lake. Remote enough but also not a far drive to the lake. Mike is a welcoming host. The drive up is a couple miles of unpaved road but not too difficult to navigate.
