We are conveniently located between Moses Lake and Ephrata, Washington. Only 14 minutes from either town, where you can find Walmart, Safeway, McDonald's, Starbucks, other stores, and resturants for all your needs.

This is a 24 acre farm with about 3,500' of frontage on the Entiat River. The land's history has included use as pasture, orchards, and flower farm. It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm.
The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as lumber / telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive.
The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. It is considered a legacy 25+ year project to bring it back into full production. Currently, the land is undergoing Firewise work to clear it of fallen and dead trees along with undergrowth. Knowing fires sweep this canyon regularly, the goal is to minimize fuel and support the chance old growth trees will survive and provide maximum summer shade for returning salmon.
During the 2026 grazing season, the NE pasture of 5 acres along the river has 9 Katahdin Sheep. In Spring 2026, 2 bison were added into the SE pasture of 7 acres that climbs the mountain along the west border. Additional bison plan to be added later in the year along with a herd of larger meat type goats.
The current Caretaker has identified over 100 native species on the property of all types. These include eagles, osprey, red tail hawks, killdeer, owls, blue jays, chickadees, beaver, martin, American Dippers, blue herons, waterfowl, bats, mushrooms, deer, elk, cougar, bear, coyotes, bobcats, and a variety of other interesting birds and bugs abound.
The entire farm is very private with very little traffic if any. You may see the caretaker out and about with a helper, but that’s about it. Any of the sites that you select will typically be very private unless you pick one around the tractor shop.

What a wonderful place to park our eurovan for 3 nights. Perfect weather. Gorgeous views. Such a nice luxury to have a sink, plenty of counter space, mini fridge, microwave, comfy chairs and a propane firepit. Lovely covered area with lights, fans...whatever you need. Porta potty was super clean with a nice hand washing sink inside the porta potty (didn't even know there was such a thing!) Private as the two RV spots are on the other side of the property. We loved our stay and plan to be back. Kim is a wonderful thoughtful host.

The site on this property sits high above Wenatchee in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the valley. Union Hill cider is right down the road as well as a small, quaint winery or two. We really enjoyed this great spot.

We needed a good midpoint spot for an overnight, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful setting as much as we would have liked! Clear directions even arriving at night.
The space was very well maintained, with beautiful views and snuggled right up next to a vineyard. Port-o-potty access was a short-ish walk from the camping spots.

We had a wonderful visit to Dave and Julie’s spot. Though they were busy working, Dave and his grandson kindly made time to say hello. The campgrounds are perfect for rv parking with a clean and spacious gravel lot with a great neighboring lawn adjacent to the fragrant lavender. We spent a single night in order to attend a concert at the nearby gorge. We were able to stay for the entire concert knowing we only had a short drive back to the quiet and comfortable campground. We are self-contained in our RV, except for waste management, so the restroom a short walk away was essential. We look forward to returning with more time to spend visiting Dave and Julie’s shop and our next concert. This was my first Hipcamp experience and it was great.

Lovely farm spot out in the boonies (as my dad would say) but close enough to be the perfect spot for someone who likes a feeling of solitude. Grass was green, freshly mown and Scott greeted us to give us a brief explanation of amenity locations. You will hear roosters crowing, possibly dogs barking and even a covey of quail from this spot. Earplugs are provided but we didn’t need them. It felt very much like the working farm it is and it was great.
