Just a 20-minute drive to the Pacific Ocean and a 20-minute drive to the straits of Juan de Fuca.
Just a one-hour drive from our site to Cape Flattery, short hike down to a rocky viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tatoosh Island, which is the farthest NW Point in the Continental US!
We have sites with beautiful river views, 9 walk-in sites, and 12 drive-up sites. 4 of the walk-in sites are river views 4, 5, 6 and 8. The drive-in sites with river views are 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, and 21.
There are more sites on the other part of the Campground.
The Fish Hatchery is right next door and has a boat launch, beach, and lots of fishing.
The river at the Hatchery is great to float on, fish, and just play.

The view of the marina and Vancouver Island as well as Clallam Bay was spectacular. We had some issues with our trailer. I contacted the host and they returned my call quickly. After 4-5 attempts to fix the issue the host had me walk down the hill to the Marina and talk to one of the employees and they will find someone to help you. We did that and within 10 minutes our problem was solved. These hosts really care about their customers. The whole experience was great! I would highly recommend Kaptain’s Quarters. 👍

My friend, our small elderly pup and I stayed one night in my Tesla as we had to get to the ferry for Victoria early the next morning and we would HIGHLY recommend. Super clean bathrooms, quiet respectful guests at the surrounding sites and SO affordable. We will definitely be back when we plan our next trip for hikes in the Olympics.

We did a 4 night travel trailer stay in the RV1 site and were very happy. The RV2 site sits a few feet higher and offers better water view opportunities. The host is reasonably flexible on the positioning of your rig. The site had 50A electric and potable water hookups, but none for sewer. As of this review there is a pay-to-use dump station available nearby at Mason's Resort is Sekiu, WA.
The level and walkable waterfront sandy beach is just steps away from the campground and offers great views of the Strait, Vancouver Island, BC., etc.
We'll definitely go again!

A lovely spot in the perfect area! You are close to everything here. 1hr to Neah Bay, 1hr to Hall of Mosses, 1hr to Ozette, 30 minutes to La Push and 1.5 hours to Hurricane Ridge. So much to do and see here! The spot is very nice, large and accommodating. It’s quiet and peaceful. We had no issues getting our 40ft motorhome turned around and backed in. Also, you might see some friendly kitties around! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

John is the best. Super friendly, accommodating, entertaining and was extremely responsive to our every need. Beautiful grounds and meticulously matained. The location was perfect. His gift shop is not to be missed. Hated to leave and would highly recommend anyone visiting Forks Washington, Olympic Adventure Campground is the place to stay. If nothing else, you have to meet John.

We are so happy that we finally stopped and stayed at Olympic adventures. It is conveniently located near several of the various beaches and NP entrances. We met with a wonderful team that checked us in within minutes and helped us secure some firewood. The facilities are great and clean. We are a family with pre-teen and a teenager. Everyone had a blast and backing up to the forest was great for exploring while we prepared meals. We hope to come back soon and encourage others, especially families, to try out this gem!

Nice Campground, we'll kept. Sites were sizable, not crowded. Bathrooms were minimal size and one step above an outhouse, but clean. Showers available for unlimited $5, not well regulated though. Surprisingly great store with many fun and good things available.Overall very happy and would stay again.

The campgrounds are nice and clean and organized. John was super friendly! The little gift shop was fun to browse through and get ice and firewood. The kids had a blast playing in the woods behind our spot (21). The location is central for exploring the Olympic Peninsula- about a hour drive to all the main sites (Hoh, Sol Duc, Ruby Beach). Rialto is just down the road about a 20 min drive.

We had such a great stay here this past weekend! The spot was quiet, peaceful, and felt very secluded. Even with a house nearby, it still felt surprisingly private and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and we really appreciated how clean the porta potty was. It honestly had everything we could have asked for in a camping spot. We would definitely stay again!

This campground was really pretty- we were in site 23 with our 33ft 5th wheel. Lots of trees, full hookups and good sized spaces.
John was very nice to deal with, and good communication.
Our friends joined us last minute and called to make reservations. That’s the way to go, in my opinion, as we paid about $13 more per night booking through Hipcamp due to their fees. That’s excessive to me.
