We can't wait for you to experience this tiny house in the woods. Check back weekly to see our progress photos! We call this a treehouse but it's technically supported by posts (nicer to the trees). There is a fullsize high end queen memory foam bed on the upper floor. Yes, this is a 2 story treehouse! On the second floor there is also a children's sleeping loft which overlooks the rest of the bedroom. This loft is suitable for a small child or 2 but headroom is only a few feet. We found it also requires some youthfull agility to get up there. A beautiful knotty alder slidding barn door leads from the bedroom to a private bathroom with pedestal sink and odorless composting toilet. There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker, mini fridge, induction cooktop, mini crockpot, and enough dishes and glasses to enjoy a simple meal or drink. Water pressure in the kitchen and throughout is good! There is a soaking tub on the main floor near the fireplace and TV with free Netflix. This luxury tub is sure to be a favorite amongst guests. I designed a non traditional floor plan knowing that this would be used primarily as a couples retreat. You can literally be soaking in the tub and watching TV by the fire while your significant other is preparing a meal in the kitchen all in the same space. We find the layout very romantic and unlike anything else out there. There is also a large hot tub avalible for our guests near the main house. You are welcome to use this hot tub anytime if you don't mind it being by the main home. Free Wifi. No cable TV but we supply Netflix on the hi-speed guest network. Guests will have free parking in our large circular driveway suitable for cars, trucks, or even RVs under 31ft.

Weekend Trip to Simple Roots Ranch

We absolutely loved this Hipcamp. It was our anniversary weekend. The first night, it was my husband and I. It was a lovely romantic retreat with the grounds, lightning and a cute cabin to be cozy in. Our second night our 5 and 7 year old joined us. They loved it too! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the necessities for cooking. We ate most meals out as the spot was only 10 minutes from the cutest town with great food. We made brioche French toast the morning with kids and they got to explore the gardens picking some blackberries to spread on the French toast. The s’mores set up, shared you basket for kids and jam muffins were a great touch. Even with rain, the space was perfect to read books, make outdoor breakfast and explore the grounds with raincoats. I suggest bringing easy to put on shoes to maneuver to the restroom in the middle of the night. I will be adding this spot to my faves list!

Andrea is amazing. She is very welcoming and the place is wonderful. There is alot of thought put into each cabin, rv etc, we felt like we found a goldmine!! The view was beautiful, and all the lighting was perfect!! The river was a 2 minute walk. The bathrooms were so clean and accessible!! And dont forget the Sandbar tavern!! Great beer and atmosphere! We were so excited they had cribbage boards!!! Overall a wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back!!! Thank you

Weekend Trip to Cedar River Retreat

This forest retreat was adorable! Cedar River has everything you need to have a good time from string lights to the trail nearby. Site felt secluded with plenty of us to set up tents alongside the cabin. We especially loved the bonus experience of live music and food up at the main house for the Forest Session with Kurt Lindsay. Definitely worth it.

3 nights at The Bunky in The Barn

I booked this stay for a concert in the nearby town of Woodinville. It was a perfect glamping spot. The stable was cozy with extra blankets provided, the outdoor shower and sauna worked well, and the landscape was beautiful and serene. Our hosts were charming and easy to talk to and provided our necessities like potable water, towels for the shower and sauna, a way to heat water for our French press coffee, mugs/glasses etc. And waking up and drinking coffee as you watch horses graze and fawns prance and chase through the field, is pretty sweet. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this place o anyone as a cheaper alternative to hotels but a more comfortable alternative to camping. My friend and I loved it and would return again.

This was a lovely place for a glamping experience. Super comfortable bed, with duvet and extra blankets for the cooler weather. The shower and sauna were welcome perks. Alison is a wonderful host. I’d happily stay here again!

We had the most amazing weekend here! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such incredible hospitality. The hosts were so sweet, kind, and inviting, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Anytime we needed anything, they were there to help and made us feel completely at home. The treehouse was absolutely magical and made the perfect getaway. We loved kayaking, relaxing, and sipping our coffee by the river in the mornings. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly the kind of escape we needed. This was truly such an amazing experience, and we left already looking forward to coming back. We cannot wait for our next visit! If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with wonderful hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. ❤️

Weekend Trip to Index Riverside Camp

Our first Hipcamp experience and it was amazing! My favorite things about the site was the river and easy access to it, the forest and little trails, the privacy and the location is ideal. My favorite things about the cabin was how clean and comfortable the bed was, how clean inside and no bugs, the comfy futons, the convenience of everything supplied and the wood stove. The host was responsive and nice, clearly they love their little house. We'd had a reservation at another site but they had to cancel and I'm so glad it worked out the way it did. It was rainy and cold but we were toasty and happy until the sun came back. Perfect little camping spot for the PNW!

Weekend Trip to Cedar River Retreat

Cedar River Cabin was just what we needed to ring in the last weekend of summer! The hosts are amazing and were very patient with my pregnancy brain messing up the code to get into the cabin 😂. The land is beautiful and they have everything you could need! I packed way too much! Brittany really takes care of her guests. My dogs loved the property too! There was no shortage of sniffing for them! We can’t wait to come back as a family of 4!

We loved our stay so much!!! Everyone was lovely and we loved giving the horses scratches. Also had the most relaxing night in the outdoor shower and sauna. HIGHLY recommend staying here!
