The campsite is roughly 10m x 30m (30' x 100'), large enough for several tents or a small camper/RV. It is accessed by a sloped 50m (about 150') gravel driveway. The narrowest part of the driveway is 2.6m (about 8.5 feet). There is a 3m x 3m (10' x 10') tent platform and a large picnic table. Firewood is provided. Near our home about 120m/400 feet away through the trees but relatively private. Within a short pedal or drive to some of the best mountain biking and hiking Vermont has to offer, 15 minutes to Richmond and Hinesburg, and just a half hour to Burlington. OTHER ACTIVITIES - Smugglers Notch is a quick drive (South) - Jay Peak is a quick drive (North) - Disc Golf, Ropes Course, Golf, and more. - Access local eateries like the Burger Barn - a local favorite, grap a yummy sandwich or pizza at the Cupboard. - Explore local breweries and distilleries - Forgot something? There are small groceries, a couple of hardware stores, gas stations, etc within a quick drive. Camp sites include flat area, fire ring. Electricity and water at 2 sites. 1 site has a poured concrete pad -- perfect for a camper/RV. The other sites (grassy) can accomodate a camper/RV or tents. Please be prepared to provide your own camping toilet and pack out your trash. If you bring your dog(s), please clean up after them and have "control" as the dirt road is fully in view of the sites. (ATVs (on the trail) and a few vehicles do use the road.) Firewood for firepits available for sale.

Located on a scenic dirt road between two covered bridges, our campsite is on the edge of a beautiful, peaceful horse farm. This is a great place to come get away and relax. There are quiet woods to walk through, miles of dirt roads to walk or ride on. We are close to a short hike on Mount Philo or Raven's Ridge. We are 15 minutes away from Lake Champlain and 30 minutes from Burlington and Middlebury.

Small, cozy, and warm cabin. It snowed 2/3 days we were there, and wood stove kept us toasty! Dog’s enjoyed the little trail to the power lines in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Staying at the Dome in Know Town is truly one for the bucket list! The hosts are welcoming and so helpful. We stayed for three nights and even in the chillier weather on late October nights, the easy set up made everything a real breeze. The out house is extremely well kept up with and the land around the Dome gives so much to do and explore. If you’re thinking about it, BOOK IT! You won’t regret it 🙂

I had a great stay at Ryegate. The cabin was warm and homey, a nice break from camping when the rain and cold arrived. Jessica was welcoming, communicative and responsive. She provided good information about the stay and was kind enough to let me use the shower in the farmhouse, which was much appreciated. The cabin really has all you need... shelter, a cozy bed, a microwave, fridge, and coffee station. Sitting on the front porch with coffee overlooking the river and the mountain tree line is a wonderful way to spend a peaceful morning! The cabin is decorated very cute, which is a nice bonus. Note: You need to be up for a bit of outdoor life ... like using an outhouse and washing dishes in a sink outside. It isn't primitive but it is glamping.

Weekend Trip to BlueberryHill Field Camp

My husband and I LOVED our two-night stay in the bed-in-the-shed this past weekend. We've been up to Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center to do some gravel riding before and knew what to expect as far as amenities go. We were super pleased to have such a lovely, quiet and peaceful place to rest our heads. Shari was kind in her welcome and super communicative before and throughout our stay. We'll be making this a regular camping spot when we're in Vermont for sure!

We loved staying in the yurt during leaf peeping season! We were very warm, cozy, and feeling ‘off the grid’ in this secluded sunshine flooded spot with very little, if any, cell service. Our 26 lb pocket pittie had a blast running around all the hills and hopping around in the brush like a bunny. She was very sad when it was time to leave. I think this spot would be excellent for folks with small children as well because there’s plenty of nooks and crannies to explore without going very far. We loved sitting at the outdoor breakfast nook, reading, and napping in the breeze.
