The site is accessed by a gravel driveway off a Class 4 road, and you can park close to the site. In winter, when there is snow on the ground, the Class 4 road isn’t plowed past the bridge, so you’ll need to walk in—about 50 yards from the parking area. Firewood is provided for the wood stove. The site is near our home (about 100 meters away through the woods) but is relatively private. It’s within a short drive or bike ride to some of the best mountain biking and hiking (Camel’s Hump, Mount Abe) and cross-country skiing (Sleepy Hollow, Camel’s Hump Nordic, Catamount Trail) in Vermont. We are 15 minutes from Richmond and Hinesburg, 20 minutes from Mad River Glen, and just a half hour from Burlington. The site does get cell reception, but the cabin has no electricity or other facilities, so all waste must be packed out. We provide a bucket commode, but please bring your own trash bags to pack out all waste.

Our Regenerative Herb Farm sits on 15-acres of rolling hills full of wildflowers and gardens. We owned an ecological landscape design/build company for 15 years so the gardens, meadows, woodlands and trails are wild with biodiversity and color. Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

Staying at the Dome in Know Town is truly one for the bucket list! The hosts are welcoming and so helpful. We stayed for three nights and even in the chillier weather on late October nights, the easy set up made everything a real breeze. The out house is extremely well kept up with and the land around the Dome gives so much to do and explore. If you’re thinking about it, BOOK IT! You won’t regret it 🙂
