Located a short distance from the McKnight Family Maple sugarhouse, this glamping experience offers a 13' bell tent, furnished with a full sized bed, end table, solar lights as well as other campsite amenities such as a firepit, chairs, picnic table, access to running water, a portalet and high speed internet a short walk away at the sugarhouse.
The 50 acre sugarbush offers several trails to walk, bike, pick late summer berries and enjoy the wildlife. The 10 acre field offers, mountain views with an incredible sunrise, a tire swing, and unlimited space to enjoy lawn games.
Additional tents can be pitched to accommodate larger groups, for a fee.

Often boondocking, and knowing the need for an easy-access place to park our RV, whether it be for a night or a week, we decided to open our driveway to help our fellow RV-travelers explore both the Burlington, VT area and enjoy the great outdoor adventures the Green Mountain State has to offer. In the Fall of 2023, we added a glamping bell tent to our location as an additional option for Hipcampers.

Located on three beautiful acres in Waterbury Center, Vermont. Parking is a 30 second walk into the woods off a quiet dirt road and a 7-minute drive into the village for dining and shopping. We do have neighbors, so we ask that you are respectful in your noise level. Ten minutes from the free boat launch on our glorious reservoir where you can rent kayaks, canoes or SUP's. Bike right out of the site to awesome mtn bike trails, and within a couple miles of hiking trails including, Camels Hump and Hunger Mountain. Or just stay and relax in the spacious bell tent! Provided, bell tent with tall queen air mattress topped off with a super comfortable mattress topper and fitted sheet. Please bring your own bedding for on top of the sheet. Charcoal grill also provided, bring your own charcoal and kitchenware for cooking and eating. Fire pit, picnic table, chairs around the fire. Chairs on the deck with tent. Firewood can be purchased and be waiting for you when you arrive! A small tent for the portable camping toilet. Solar lighting all around.

Nestled among the pines, our tent site features comfortable beds, pillows, linens, towels, a picnic table, smokeless fire pit, private outhouse and more! Ride the Kingdom Trails right from the site!
This is a private site on our property. You'll drive past our home, garage, and garden to get to the site and you'll be able to see our buildings from the site. We have a very large English Mastiff and some hens. Both are contained in our fenced in yard. Eggs can be purchased upon request. We also have a small pump track if you need to get warmed up before your ride, and a simple bike wash station ready to go when you get back!
Lots of wildlife inhabit our area of Vermont! During your stay you're likely to see whitetail deer, squirrels and chippies, rabbits, and hawks. There's a chance you may see a fox, black bear, moose or even a bobcat! We ask that food is secured in your vehicle and not brought into the tent, for your own safety! We do have a basket of safety equipment in the tent. The basket contains bug spray, bear horn, simple first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a flash light.

This is a single-site property with a canvas bell tent on a platform overlooking the Adirondack Mountains. Our property is a working farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef, eggs, and a small vegetable garden. We're a stone's throw from Lake Champlain and a two-minute drive into the town of Westport. There are multiple trailheads on our road for short, easy hikes along the CATS trail system. We are a 25-minute drive from Keene Valley, where more vigorous Adirondack Mountain hiking trailheads are accessible.
For larger groups, there is an option to pitch additional tents in and around our orchard.
Amenities include: a fire ring, bbq, fresh water, wifi and an electrical outlet in the parking area, a picnic table, chairs, and a pop-up canopy in case of rain.
