Great Well water available near farmhouse. Biodegradable soaps Only if used in the ponds. Double Olympic sized Swim Pond we stock with Rainbow Trout to keep clear. We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

Christian was an excellent host, and we really enjoyed staying on the farm! The horses were beautiful. Only a few mins walk to drinking water and porta potty. We car camped and the camp site was the perfect size for it.

I love staying at Fernando's cabin with my dog. They had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The hot tub in the sauna were a real bonus. Loana and Ben were not in the least bit intrusive, but we're quick to respond when I had a question. Their sweet lab Simon greeted us as we were leaving. Would definitely return.

Weekend Trip to The Sky Perch

My sister and I loved our time camping! The spot is right next to the gravel road but only the neighbor drove by (it’s a dead end road). Raven left us some wood and their neighbor came to drop off more wood for us which was very thoughtful and kind. The area is beautiful and peaceful and quiet. We missed seeing the stars bc it was cloudy, but hopefully next time! Definitely would book again :)
