Area is off the beaten path and we lost service so couldn’t communicate with the rest of the people meeting us there but we all found it! Wonderful place to stay with a cute water area that would be so much fun to hang out in for longer. Plenty of space for vehicles and multiple tent sites! Good amount of tree coverage when raining. Would stay again!

The site was wonderful. Beautiful location with a running stream just feet away. The table, umbrella and amenities were great additions. Getting to and from the site lead through the picturesque Vermont 100 road.

This site is beautiful! Not only is it a great place to camp being right by the river, but the host does an amazing job at keeping the outhouse clean!
He also provides a good collection of pool noodles, wood, and other miscellaneous things that could be helpful during your stay.

The camp was great! A clean, quiet spot, away from any neighbors. There was a bit of wood when we got there and plenty for purchase. The creek is super close with a small waterfall directly by the camp. The water was clear and cold and the waterfall provides great ambiance. Absolutely wonderful for a campsite!

Amazing time at River Farm! It's very clear a lot of thought and effort has been out into this perfect little space. It has everything that you need, plus the beautiful river and private beach are second to none. Highly recommend if you're looking for a private and serene location to recharge and relax.

The sight is gorgeous! Not to mention quiet and very private for relaxing and taking space for yourself. During our stay, there was a bad thunderstorm and the owners allowed us to wait it out with them with dry towels and cocktails! They also offered us the spare bedroom of their house incase our tent had gotten soaked. Will and Scott are kind and great to talk to, time flew by and the storm was over before we knew it! Can’t wait to go back 😊

The site was as described, the accommodations were perfect for our trip. Our kids enjoyed countless pushes on the swing, collecting bugs/tadpoles/frogs and exploring the river. The outhouse was very clean. Thanks Will for such a great experience!

What a beautiful & peaceful spot! It looks just like the pictures! It felt very secluded. There is a rode nearby but the traffic is minimal and at night, all you hear is the water in the river. The setup is great with a large fire pit and conveniently located outhouse. We were able to set up 2 tents with plenty of room. Having access to firewood onsite was a bonus as the nights got chilly.
Note: Verizon had zero cell service in the area which is nice if you are looking to unplug!

Perfect little spot. Yes close to the road but it’s not bad. Great outhouse, doesn’t even smell. Love the privacy and the gorgeous river flowing through. Has everything you need for a peaceful getaway 🤍🏔️

Relaxing river sounds!

We had a fantastic time at Will's riverside site. We stayed for two nights as a stop on our drive from Maine to Ohio, and what a gem this place was! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the river. Our dog had a blast playing in the water—it was a bit too chilly for us, but we'd love to return in warmer weather. We spent our day hiking and exploring the cute local towns. Bigfoot Coffee was excellent, and we really enjoyed Beer Naked Brewery. Coming back to camp to relax by the fire and listen to the water was the perfect way to end the day. Will was easy to get in touch with and sent a text before we arrived. There was some road noise during the day, but it wasn't bad, and the nights were peaceful. Overall, we loved our stay. You can tell Will genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful spot, from all the small touches around the camp.

What a find!! Beautiful ,spacious and private spot! Just an amazing camp site on a river bend.The compost toilet was so clean and didn’t see one spider… listening to the water flowing was relaxing and a clearing to star gaze.My pup enjoyed the spot as well.Everything you need is provided..Will was an amazing host!

We stayed there this past weekend and although our trip had to be cut short, we already have our next trip planned here very soon! We didn't get to meet the host, but Will was nothing but kind and generous. Not to mention the property was one of a kind! It was beyond perfect for us and our dog. It would be great for a family or a group of people as well! Anybody to pass up this spot is truly missing out.

What an idyllic location!! Such a beautiful and spacious campsite. Our dog loved it too! They have everything there! Loved having access to the charcoal grill and the picnic table with the umbrella was super useful. The hosts even included some flowers and a note which was such a lovely touch. The river access was so perfect. Nothing could have made this spot better that it already was, the hosts thought of everything :) Would highly recommend to anyone!

Truly a Special Place!

A beautiful location to be certain! It’s well shaded and the river beach is very special. The composting toilet is a very welcome addition. Given the location, it’s not a surprise that at times there can be some significant road noise but the evenings were fine. Will is a very accommodating host.

Wow, I can’t believe I stumbled across this gem for my family of four and two dogs. Will has this place stocked above and beyond. Great ground for a tent. A table with umbrella, cook stove, fire place, wood, chairs, beach chairs, umbrellas, float tubes, and even some fun toys are all there ready for the best camping you can imagine. Completely private and like you have your own mountain paradise all to yourself. We WILL be back.

My wife and I wanted a long weekend to ourselves with no neighbors. This was the perfect spot and being next to the river was a bonus. Will did a great job with this site and all the little details were nice.
