We really enjoyed our stay! Just a few notes for future guests: the yurts are located in the owners’ backyard, so there isn’t a ton of privacy, and the bathroom doors don’t fully close since they don’t lock. The property has lots of fun animals, which adds to the charm, though a few did get out during our visit (a chicken, the dog, and even the pig) — a little stressful since we had our own dogs with us, but admittedly, waking up to a rogue pig was pretty thrilling. Last note, the heater in yurt 4 doesn’t work. 7/10

Absolutely everything is what you would expect. This was an oasis hidden in an unexpected place. I came for solitude and a menu for each meal, just to toss is out of the window and explored the eateries within distance (thanks Tamara!). I will definitely be back with the family and more, I want everyone to know, this is a place of peace and freedom. What a beautiful property! Kasey was so nice and showed us around, made sure we had plenty of wood, and made us feel right at home. The stars were bright and the tent was very comfortable! The bed in the tent was so nice and the sleeping pads she offered were great. The walking trail was really pretty in the morning too. It was very quiet and safe, we definitely recommend this site

Tamara was an amazing host and the property is outstanding. Perfect little weekend getaway. 1/4 mile from an awesome Mexican restaurant, dog park, and awesome timeless saloon. The property itself was secluded and felt very private. We very much so enjoyed our time here

Weekend Trip to Breathe Deeply

First thing first, since this is about getaway, this place is not too far from the city, but definitely gets you out from the city. In the middle of nature, you can see deers, lizards, ducks, and lot more. The place is very cute and my wife and I loved being here for 2 nights. The host is very caring, she lives on the site and she helped us with anything she could do to make our stay feel better. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway not too far from Austin, I am planning to come back with my daughter next time.

Weekend Trip to Orrasis Ranch

The Baithouse was so adorable, perfect for me and my husband. The camp hosts were amazing, especially due to all the major flooding happening around us, kept us updated to current conditions, etc We had an amazing experience even though we didn’t get to explore much due to the weather. Will definitely be back!
