I loved staying at tent site B. It was easy to find, had a raised mulch pad for the tent, a couple of chairs, firepit, and grill. It was a short walk to the bathrooms/showers along a mulch path. Will definitely stay again when we come back to explore more.

Weekend Trip to Ranch 3232

Very well maintained and friendly atmosphere. The communal area came in clutch. Coffee in the morning gives you a brief chance to be social with other campers. The primitive sites are very secluded with the cedar trees surrounding them. Site H is by far the best. Your back is to to a fence and there is a trail connecting to the next site over for a bigger group. Road to the sites is a little rough but it adds to the experience. Overall it’s a great place and definitely worth a return visit.

Weekend Trip to Orrasis Ranch

I LOVED the Bait House! It was just the right size for a getaway with myself and my dog. I think 2 adults max would be comfortable here. It had everything I needed and more. The outdoor shower was a delightful experience. The only downside for me was they have chickens and roosters on the property and I was awoken by the cock-a-doodle-do before dawn every morning. The house was is located near a few parks so we were able to enjoy hiking within 10 minutes from the property. Downtown Marble Falls is also about 10 min away if you want local dining experiences, which I did grab takeout from 2 different restaurants while I was there. Overall it was a nice little getaway and great location!

Along with everything you use for camping. Strict about keeping our fur babies on a leach. Be careful with deer the last 2-3 miles before arriving.

I loved staying at this site. The glamp site is well equipped with everything that you need, and the guidebook is amazing at making sure you are aware of directions and information. Would stay here again!

Such a wonderful accommodating camping experience! We set up tents and had a perfect walking distance from bathrooms and the community “armadillo shack” that was stocked with cooking tools, gas, charcoal and even freshly made coffee! Loved exploring the property and was an easy/ quick drive to the park. We will definitely go again.

This is a very cool glamping destination! My family of 5 + 2 dogs loved staying out at Stacie & Jeremy’s location. The river access is within the gated neighborhood and we went there 4 times to play. Took advantage of the proximity to Colorado Bend St Park too. Very responsive owner though we didn’t have any issues. We’ve done a lot of camping and glamping over the years, this one ranks near the top.

Just the perfect distance to explore the city of Austin in one direction (25 minutes), and Dripping Springs (15 minutes) or even Pedernales Park (40 minutes) in the other. Host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Spots where quiet. Property was well kept.

Michaela's campsite was very well equipped and maintained. The yurts were clean, had amenities such as space heaters and ACs, and extra blankets. We loved using the jacuzzi! She let us feed the baby goats, which was a wonderful perk. We'd definitely come back.

Awesome spot to stay for a few nights! So beautiful, quiet, and comfy in the tent. Bathrooms were clean as well as kitchen, and the site was maintained so well. We loved getting to chat with Ken and Jennifer, and loved walking our dog throughout the grounds. She loved the wide open spaces. Would totally return here if we ever come back to Austin! Thank you for everything!

Located closer to the entrance of our property, farther from the common areas. Adirondack chairs and a hammock area is just out back (lakeside). - The Grand Tesoro: Private hill country view across the properties ravine. Located closest to the bathhouse, very central on our property. Also near the common areas. A private chiminea fire area under a grove of trees is nearby. The price for Grand tents is based on double or triple occupancy. A fourth guest is welcome for an additional fee ($50/nt), which you’ll see at booking. The Mini Aztec: Located between the Grand Aztec and Grand Arrow tents, with a private view of the lake and hills, and a private chiminea area. For younger children (age 8+) who want to sleep in the mini tent, we recommend the Grand Arrow for the parents because the mini is within view of the Grand Arrow porch. The Grand Tents have a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. We may allow for a fourth guest upon request for an additional fee ($50/nt). There is a honey bee themed gift shop on site that is regularly open Thu-Sat 10-6 that offers tastings and tours. There is a restroom and small sink area connected to store that is open 24 hrs. There are 2 LONG RV spots up to 45 feet in length BUT, they are back in only and the turn around area is tight if you have a BIG RIG. The 2 camper van sites are (Site 1) 32' and (Site 2) 22'. Ask me if you want to know more! It helps me to approve you more quickly if I know how tall/long your RV is. Especially if you are longer than 24 feet. You can text me info. It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon thats great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO HAVE A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS Each tiny house has a keyless code entry system in which a personal code will be set up and sent to you prior to your check in. In the case that there is an issue with the key pad we do have a manual key so that you will always be able to access your tiny house. Pets are always allowed but we do charge $40 PER pet PER night. We do ask that you keep your pets off of the couch and the bed and clean up any “restroom breaks” outside. Also please note that we Do Not have a full kitchen only a microwave but we do have a charcoal grill under the trees in the common area. Dripping Springs offers a huge variety of fun activities and places to visit. Within a 10 to 15 minute drive you can visit countless local wineries, breweries and distilleries. There are also many amazing state parks such as Pedernales Falls, Blue Hole, Jacobs Well and Hamilton Pool that are always great to visit. Dripping Springs is also known to the wedding capital of Texas If you are in need of transportation you can always call an Uber or Lyft but if you are up for the drive, using your own personal vehicle is the best way to get around.
