The place was great! The gated area was huge, plenty of room for the dogs to play fetch and chase each other around. Airstream has everything you need. Hosts were super accommodating, let us borrow salt and butter which we had forgotten. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Hideaway! The cabin is quaint but very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook breakfast and dinner every night. We enjoyed the hot tub, star gazing and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The land was beautiful! We saw hummingbirds, turkeys and lots of deer. It is the perfect place to stay when enjoying the area.

1 night at Stunning Dome Retreat w/Hot Tub
We had a wonderful stay in one of the glamping tents. It was the perfect combination of being close to nature while still enjoying the comforts of a cozy vacation. The tent was spacious, clean, and well furnished, making it feel much more comfortable than traditional camping.
The peaceful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made the experience feel special without taking away from the outdoor setting.
The retreat itself was well-maintained and offered a great escape from everyday life. Whether relaxing outside the tent. The entire experience felt rejuvenating. The guy who was on site was named tres and he was excellent and very kind! I would highly recommend the glamping option to anyone! It was a memorable and relaxing getaway, and I would happily return.

Ultimate dog family getaway! Completely fenced in yard, no holes. My boys (dogs) loved the sound of nature out there and enjoyed the freedom of just roaming around. This is our second visit on this property and we will definitely be back again. The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property is lovely and easy to navigate. Weekend Trip to Stunning Dome Retreat w/Hot Tub
Guys! This place was incredible. It was so peaceful. It was impeccably clean. It was absolutely beautiful and I felt like I was in a fairy tale land. There was the sauna and hot tub that were such a treat. The views are so pretty and there’s so much nature. There is a good amount of space and privacy between spots. We stayed in the “yellow” yurt. There was electricity, air conditioning, a water hose, and a table and chairs as well as lighting and a Keurig with supplied coffee pods and creamer. The couch bed was so comfy and had a pullout. The queen was comfortable as well. The bathrooms were cute and had a nice shower and space to clean up. We were supplied with towels and washcloths. I loved the boardwalk that went from our place to the bathrooms. I am absolutely coming back to this place and bringing my kids next time. They will love it! Bastrop is only 10 min away and there is anything you could need there regarding groceries/coffee/supplies.

We have did enjoy the site and would gladly be here again. The facility staff were very nice and accommodating when asked. The sites are clean and the facilities are clean too. Admittedly, the other guest are not great cause most don't understand how to empty this black water tanks correctly and the smell lingered for a bit.

Weekend Trip to The Outpost
This place was so great in every way - the deck was perfect for coffee, a cocktail, and a dip in the hot tub. Jessica was so responsive and helpful, the trail on the property was awesome and we explored all over. There was so much attention to detail here and it’s an outstanding place to stay. So eclectic. Still close to everything, but sitting on the deck was quiet and full of nature. Even enjoyed peeping some chicks with the chickens that were roaming around 🥰

We are new to RVing and this camp really made us feel welcome and comfortable with RV life. The site was excellent, easy pull thru, and very well kept up. We were traveling with three dogs and we were very close to the pet area which was also very well kept up. All of the hookups were lighted making it much easier to hook up at night. Overall, we would highly recommended this camp.

This trip was mega cool. The tree house was super comfortable. To everyone considering there I have a message: there is a property full size bed in the tree house. The photos make it look like it's a tiny sofa and you can't sleep on it, but in reality it is a proper bed big enough for two people. Over all I would give this place 5 out of 4 stars.

Perfect weekend getaway from apartment living! Plenty of privacy and an enclosed gate so our pup could wander while we made a campfire. Hot tub was such a wonderful treat, all water was temperature controlled and easy to use, compost toilet was clean, the bed was sooo comfy and grilling/cooking amenities were plentiful w/ options! Landers was an excellent host with clear direction and quick communication. This place is in an excellent location for travelers or those just looking for a nearby weekend retreat. Very safe. Love the ducklings on site. We look forward to visiting again very soon.

2 nights at HomeAway Ranch & Wildlife Preserve
I stayed in the Lindavista Cabin and the pictures don't do it justice. The inside of the cabin is completely styled in luxury country chic. You'll find a giant LCD television in the living area, stainless steel appliances, lcd-enabled mirrors in the two full bathrooms with wraparound glass showers (one on each floor), a huge two-person jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom upstairs, remote controlled air conditioners and fans on each floor, a private balcony off of the master bathroom, and a fully enclosed sunroom off the master bedroom that could also be used as an additional bedroom for more guests. Even the kitchen faucet has an LED light that shines from the water to let you know whether the water is hot or cold. There's a comfortable little porch at the door of the cabin, and I was visited by an entire group of 9 or 10 adorable goats a couple of times each day! The cabins on this property are spaced pretty close together, but the owners did an excellent job of arranging them so that the cabins do not directly look into each other, a relief since there are no curtains in any of the many windows of this cabin. There was a small hiccup on check-in time (Hipcamp said 2pm but the owners told me 3pm not long before I arrived), but otherwise I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, peaceful, and luxurious stay.
