We had a group not understand this so I want to make sure it is clear. Firewood is for sale here for CASH! Please bring CASH with you. Sixty acres of magical trees, a one acre pond, and a three acre field. From the road there is a two hundred foot elevation gain to the top of the hill. Along the way are several hundred feet of rock ledges, caves, and critters. Most of the land is sloping, but the hilltop is flat as a table, with prehistoric-looking ferns under a dense canopy of mature trees. The campsites are ultra secluded- about a quarter mile apart from each other. All sites include a fire pit, cooking grate, picnic table, and sites 2&3 have platforms. Camp ONE: is on the top of the hill, and a small car can be driven to within 150 feet of it. It is pretty flat, and surrounded by blackberry bushes, ferns, and trees. Camp TWO: is on a bluff overlooking a picturesque swamp, filled with hemlock trees and ferns. This site can not be driven to with anything less than a high clearance SUV (ie- jeep wrangler), so I consider it a hike in site. It is under a ten minute walk from the pond and parking lot, but the view and feel is worth it. (It has been brought to our attention that there is occasionally a group riding atvs on a neighboring property that are audible from this site. We have no control over what time it happens, so please keep this in mind) Camp THREE: is accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle, something at least as high as an SUV. It is the closest to the house and pond, but still far enough to feel secluded and completely private. If you choose to walk there, it’s only a couple minutes from the parking area. Throughout the property, there are many quiet places to hang out, flat spots to do yoga, trails to explore, and fishing and swimming in the beautiful pond. We are also just ten minutes from the Upper Delaware River, and all it has to offer. New for May 2026 ice cream shop! Walk from your campsite! Nestled in the foothills of the New York Catskills 150 miles Northwest of New York City is a place called Paradise Falls. It was named many years ago and as soon as you arrive you will see why the name was chosen. It has been in our family for almost 100 years. You can still see remnants of the gristmill that use to operate there. Many great memories have been made at the Falls and we now want to share our slice of paradise with you. The rolling creek, a feeder searching for it's mama - the Delaware River - runs down the mountainside and over the rocks to give power and life to the falls. The steady flow makes you think you are far from civilization. But not really - only a short hike and you travel from the falls to a dirt road to a paved highway in a matter of a few minutes. The mountain behind is great for climbing and a short walk down the creek will get you to the base of Jensons Ledges. The ledges are a steep hike up a mountain to a spectacular vista. The site includes a two-burner propane stove with fuel, picnic table, and a fire pit. Potable water, a composting toilet, and a gravity-fed outdoor shower are all on-site. Optional extras include a propane Buddy Heater, two additional cots, and firewood bundles. The camp is tucked behind our home, so you’ll feel completely private — no other structures in view. We’re nearby if you need anything, and we mean that. Past guests have called this the best campsite they’ve ever stayed at. We aim to keep it that way and ask you to practice Leave No Trace to help. 3 nights at Sunset Shore Cabin on Private Lake

Late to reviewing but this is my most favorite place! We left some mugs for all to enjoy with our favorite memories and our most precious, Frank. Ordered them specifically to leave at the cabin. I look forward to spending time here every year as it’s a little spot of heaven. The lake is perfect even in temperature. The cabin has everything you could need. The spot is incredible. Don’t pass this place up on small “imperfections” you will never find a better spot than here. Tucked away in northern PA.

2 nights at Sunset Shore Cabin on Private Lake

Sunset Shore Cabin had everything we needed for a great weekend trip. Everything was neat and clean. There were multiple towels and washcloths for use to use, and all the silverware/pots/utensils and supplies we would ever need. The lake is peaceful and quiet, and the inflatable boats and dock are in great shape. We even lit the tiki torches going down the path at night. We purchased wifi as well and it worked great, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Starry Fields

Beautiful property and extremely convenient amenities! Water was plentiful and the kitchen had a bunch of extras that we didn't expect (though didn't ultimately use most of). Tent was cozy and dry despite several storms blowing in. Hot showers were needed with the muggy summer weather. Hiking trails are just a few miles up the road, and city/town amenities were within a 20ish minute drive.

Weekend Trip to What Ever Floats Your Boat

Very nice secluded cabin not far from the many Ithaca and Watkins Glen parks and attractions, with lots of pretty cool fossils in the creek bed on the premises and an epic large boat parked on the grass. Warm shower requires boiling water and mixing into a makeshift shower contraption but fully workable (gas stove in cabin). Power available via generator but having no experience with it we didn’t use it. No cell reception so be sure to plug into Google ahead of time. Super easy to find tho. Recommend!

Weekend Trip to Yaleville Valley Views, LLC

Marie’s hospitality was beyond what we expected. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The tent was very comfortable and well equipped, with extra lanterns and blankets that made the experience even better. One of the things we really appreciated was having a private portable bathroom right next to the tent, especially for those moments when you don’t want to walk or drive down to the main restroom. Marie also let us explore her beautiful property, including a little hike to see the stream. Our dog absolutely loved it and had a great time exploring the area! If you’re looking for a quiet place to disconnect from the noise and stress of the city, this is definitely a great choice. The environment was incredibly peaceful, and it was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for. We would definitely come back! 🌲⛺🐾

4 nights at The Dam House At Beaver Pond

I would definitely recommend this campsite. It's especially perfect if you live to fish. The campsite is set up perfectly and it's very clean. The tent itself is roomy and the bed is comfortable. If time permits I would definitely like to plan on coming back next year.

3 nights at Paradise Falls

This spot was PERFECT for our annual Wood Elves Camp Trip. You can pull right up to the spot with your vehicle which is located near a beautiful sparkling double waterfall, a nicely kempt and covered area for cooking, eating, and lounging; and the sleeping tent keeps everything as dry as it can with lots of room for indoor activity in case it rains (it did). In fact it poured enough that the water in the river rose a great deal, but fortunately where the tent and dining area is located, everything was kept safe from the roaring river. It was truly miraculous to witness! You don't get any service at the spot and it is very private, but you're still only 15 minutes drive from grocery and civilization. Randall is responsive and was kind enough to meet us to show us the exact location. This place really has everything for glamper types. We will be back again and again!

Weekend Trip to Daydreamin on Dyberry Creek

The property is a right after the bridge over dyberry creek, with signs saying do not enter for hikers and a small bridge. There is also a large cart to being in supplies which was very helpful. Beautiful property and amazing creek to float in. Outhouse is nice, tent is great, and theres an inflated raft to use. Town is just 8 mins away with a lot to do!

Private site with a beautiful view. The cabin was exactly what we needed a/c, sink, table. Fridge and a bed. Very relaxing. Bonus: Shower and toilet on your site not shared. Would recommend for sure.

Weekend Trip to Cabin Getaway

Andreas land is so peaceful. We brought our reactive dog and she loved being off leash. The state park is about 15 min away and had great trails. On the property and nearby there is absolutely no service. There is wifi at the state park but we had no service at the campsite and none until we got the park so download any GPS maps. The actual cabin is nice and has two small cots (a bit hard for my liking so bring an air mattress or mattress pad). They had a great grill, picnic tables and a nice outdoor shower. The shower and porta potties were super clean. Thanks again for the stay!
