We have a beautiful camping spot next to a year-round creek, located in the spectacular Pacific Northwest. Nestled in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range, this property is teeming with wildlife. The site is surrounded by 100-year-old oaks and Douglas firs, making it a truly picturesque location.
Not only is our property peaceful and beautiful, but we are also just 10 minutes from Finley Wildlife Refuge, where you can see white swans, Canadian geese, and a wide range of waterfowl. Alsea Falls, with its hiking trails, old-growth trees, and two magical waterfalls, is only 30 minutes away.
You can reach the coast within an hour. A few miles from the property, you’ll find a charming country store for all your needs. We’re also conveniently located for visits to Corvallis or Eugene — both within a 30-minute drive. We provide porta-potties, potable water, and a serene environment for your stay.
Don’t have a tent or camping equipment? No problem! We offer tents and all the gear you need for a great camping trip. Ask us about our camping kits — we can even set them up for you.
Things to consider before booking: we are on a secluded property with a variety of wildlife, including bears, cougars, bobcats, elk, deer, turkeys, snakes, hornets, yellow jackets, and more. We are actively working to remove poison oak, but it will be an ongoing effort.

Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay and Stable, a small farm in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon, between Eugene and Corvallis, about 2 hours south of Portland. Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse through adding on a Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson to your stay. There are plenty of opportunities to hang out with the horses, help out with barn chores, help with garden/yard maintenance, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.

Our place is quiet and on a dead-end road. Our farm is just less than 5 acres where we have a 1/2 acre of blueberries, free range chickens, and do firewood. We are just minutes off of I-5. A short drive to rivers, lakes, and hiking trails. 5 wineries within minutes. The small town of Cottage Grove won the Best All American City twice. Creswell is one of the fastest growing towns in Oregon. We are 4 miles just outside of both towns. Eugene and UofO is an easy 25-minute drive.
The accommodations is a remodeled park model RV the Executive Dream, with a large covered porch. Sunsets here are awesome. The RV has many amenities. It has a new futon (very comfortable), and a new bed (very comfortable). There is lots of parking and easy to get turned around. For the kids we have a foosball table and plenty of room for them to run around. The property is fenced and gated. We made a few upgrades; a new Berky water filter, the orbi tri-band mesh router (very high speeds) and a solar backup generator. Enjoy!
Our dog Oreo will greet you! He the run of the place.
