Simply Sol Farm is a beautiful 25 acre property with multiple serene biospheres and unique areas. An ever flowing creek runs right down the center, separating our 4 acre medicinal herb farm from the 10-15 acres of forest, meadow and orchards, each offering fairy/hobbit like magic, especially when the flowers are blooming in the spring and summer. There are simple paths through all of thee unique spaces as well as an expansive biodiverse farm and greenhouse to tour. Feel free to ask if you'd like to lend a hand planting, harvesting or enjoying some of our home grown fruits and vegetables. Our property is only 5 minutes away from the Molalla River where there is abundant recreational area including swimming, hiking, cycling and more. We are also surrounded by wineries within 20-30 minutes in any direction and only 45 minutes from the popular South East Portland featuring world renowned food drinks and entertainment.The Zome away from home is our rendition of a quintessential cabin in the woods with a luxe geometric flair. Enter the private, lush forest via the inviting trail through the meadow to discover this lovely little acorn shaped dome amongst the trees ready for you to relax and unwind. This off grid retreat space features floor to skylight windows to blur the line between the beauty outside and the stunning architectural shapes within. Soak by yourself or with a partner in the deep couples soaking tub just in front of the window to view the wildlife in the day or the starry sky at night. Curl up by the fireplace when weather permits to work on a puzzle or read a good book while enjoying some tunes on the provided vinyl record player. Explore outside the dome by following the trails through the woods to discover more forest, farm and fields available on this abundant land. One of the most interesting features of the Zome is that it's fully off grid, but still has all the comforts of a luxe cabin in the woods. All of the lights and appliances, including the color changing ceiling light are recharged in between guests to ensure ease of use during your stay. A large capacity power bank quietly runs the water pump and whatever power needs you may have to ensure you are fully situated for the duration of your stay. An off grid water heater ensures that you can relax in a hot bath whenever you like simply by opening the tap. While the Zome provides the ultimate feeling of seclusion, it's only a few minutes outside of Molalla, which feature several restaurants and shopping options. The Molalla river corridor holds endless hiking trails and lovely river swimming spots only 10 minutes form the Zome. Explore Silverton, full of some of Oregon's most picturesque waterfalls, world renowned botanical garden and adorable town only 20 minutes away. Enjoy countless wineries within a 15 to 30 minute radius of the property for a taste of some of Oregon's best wines. Of course, all that Portland Metro has to offer is only 40 minutes away as well.

Composting toilet. The compostable toilet is a luxury composting toilet complete with all ammenities including hand sanitizer, etc. There is a sink inside the zome that can be used for hand washing.

Please reach out to us if you have a unique situation regarding a medical support animal or similar situation we should consider. There may be a fee for any non approved animal onsite.

Potable water available

Pump or well. The water from both faucets inside the Zome is potable, but is stored in a large plastic IBC tank, so may be best for bathing, brushing teeth, etc. There is also a purified water jug in the Zome containing fresh mountain spring water.

Hot water . The couples soaking bathtub in the dome has a shower wand attachment if a shower is preferred over a bath.

There is an outdoor seating area with a small end table between. It is not a full picnic table but it can be used to eat or snack on.
