BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. We are 10 minutes from the beautiful Bandon by the sea which offers: fun shopping, crabbing dock, world class golfing, Whiskey Run mountain biking trails, West Coast Game park, horseback riding on the beach, Circles in the Sand, restaurants and of course stunning beaches. Our beautiful bluff property is close to charming old town Bandon, world class beaches, Bullards State Park, Whiskey Run mountain bike trails, Bandon Dunes golf resort, and more. We're close to all the amenities yet private and peaceful, with a large open meadow surrounded by river, forest, and cranberry bogs. We welcome self-contained campers only (no toilet available), and offer guests potable hose water and a trash bin. Pets allowed but must be kept near your campsite. Our Prosper Bluff with river access site can accommodate groups and vehicles large or small. This open field camp with expansive views of the majestic Coquille River and Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge is perfect for those who prioritize a spectacular view, privacy away from other campers, in proximity to town and recreation opportunities. There is river and dock access (along with more views!) from our hiking trail adjacent to the campsite. The intention behind naming this land The Cloud, is in honor of the atmospheric connection to land that is provided here. The Cloud, is currently in the process of becoming a retreat and eco village for guest to come experience. While still curating the space, the land is being brought together with a passion for saving trees and their priceless ecological function. The large Spruce trees that cover the land, stand with strong branches covered with magnificent green needles. These needles collect water vapor from the air, offering water droplets onto the ground. This process has provided a vibrant natural habitat. The Cloud is an intentional space, where those on the land are invited to become mindful, and connect not only with the land, but with themselves.
