Riverhouse

1 site · RV1 acre · Harrisburg, OR
Our family "Riverhouse" is one of my favorite places in the world. We use it to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday professional life. The town of Harrisburg is such a cool, easy-going, quaint place to spend some time. Accessibility is one of its' key assets. Harrisburg has a few family owned places to eat at, and a few shops to explore. It's a one light town, but that is why we love it here. The river is my favorite part. I sit for hours on end, watching the water flow by. Fishing, rafting/floating, and wading in the water are all fun things to do here. If you are looking for something just to get off the highway for the night, or for a longer stay, this is a great quiet place to be. Learn more about this land:This listing is for access to a 50ft. long full hook-up RV pad. This does not include access to the house that sits on the property. Conveniently located off of historic 99 hwy., our property is one of only 12 properties located right on the Willamette River in Harrisburg Oregon. Our vacation home "Riverhouse" has a dedicated RV pad with full electric/sewer/water and WIFI hook-ups that can accommodate up to a 50ft. RV. Enjoy our amazing views of the Willamette river on our 500 sqft. custom Japanese Cedar deck located right on the water. Take a 2 minute walk to downtown Harrisburg and enjoy the local eateries and shops. Float or fish the Willamette River! The best part will be relaxing afterwards, enjoying the postcard sunsets. Also, our location is conveniently located halfway between Eugene and Corvallis for sport venues for the University of Oregon and Oregon State. This property is a true gem. Hungry? Then check out "Junkyard Extreme Burgers and Brats", home of the best hamburger in the U.S.A according to Guy Fieri from "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" which is less than two miles down the road.  Whether you are just driving through, or looking for a Zen-like, peaceful setting to get a away for a long weekend, this is the spot. Did I mention the sunsets?

Brownsville Hillside RV Site

1 site · RV11 acres · Brownsville, OR
Full 50amp RV hookups located on a hillside overlooking farmlands. Property is situated on 11 acres bordering the Historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad historic gravesites from late 1800’s to current times. Many Veterans honored to live there). Ruah Ranch

4 sites · RVs, Tents120 acres · Sublimity, OR
Ruah Ranch is situated on an old donation land claim and was also the site of nomadic Native American tribes. Abundant wildlife graces our acres as well as the beautiful Thoroughbred horses we raise. You'll likely be serenaded by coyotes in the evenings and may catch sight of them during the day.  Three different species of raptors frequent the skies above the ranch and beavers have established outposts along the stream. Beautiful thoroughbred horses will greet you every morning from their nearby pasture while you enjoy your coffee in the shade of the trellised Wisteria. Silver Falls State Park is a short drive away where you can enjoy hiking and biking and even guided horseback rides. The Oregon Gardens are just a bit further north on the outskirts of Silverton and many wineries dot the landscape all around. If you like horses we’ll be happy to give you a tour of the ranch and introduce you to the resident equines, many of which have horse racing royalty up close in their lineage.

Cloverdale Valley Farm

1 site · RV, Tent12 acres · Creswell, OR
This is a spot only 8 minutes from Eugene and the U of O campus, great restaurants and fun things to do. Our 12 acres have been in our family for 32 years. We no longer have the horses or put up hay like we did when the kids were still at home. The camp site which is well off or the road is large with the ability to turn around and orient in a direction you prefer. There is also plenty of room for your pets to run. The pasture can get a bit wet in the winter, so parking in the gravel barnyard is sometimes best (still plenty of room) Terry and Micki are your hosts. We have the Willamette river across the road 200 yards, biking on the property and tons of biking in Eugene. If it’s mountain biking you like then Oakridge is 29 miles up hwy 58. We only allow camping on our property for a maximum of one week at a time per customer and commonly block out days in order to continuously improve the property. Please inquire if you would like to request a longer stay.

Paradise In Noti

4 sites · RVs, Tents2 acres · Veneta, OR
Noti used to be called Portola, but was changed when the mail was mixed up with Portland. There is a cute story/fable we can share with you about the Indian and the cowboy. We don't have neighbors very close. Noti Proper is a post office, Store/has station and Pub. It is walking distance but far enough away. Great for when you need it out here. The town of Veneta is 5 miles away where you will find Ray's, Dairy Queen, BiMart, Taco Time, Subway, Pizza, Autoparts store, Ace Hardware and more. It is a small town. 14 miles farther up the road on 126 will be Eugene. The Lake is in between.Simple and peaceful. Can watch the train access the street and up the hill in the trees when it goes by. Listen to the birds singing daily. Nights are dark, as there are no city lights. Small store, gas station, and pub near by. Organic small gardens going on. Apple and elderberry trees. Surrounded by the Noti Creek. Currently we offer outdoor sink with cold running water attached to the hose. Portapotty We have milk jugs with frozen water available for coolers,  so people don't have to buy ice.  ( As long as we can keep up with the demand.) We will also have extra coolers on-site for campers use. ______________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________ OREGON COUNTRY FAIR:               NO FAIR 2021  :(   During the Oregon Country Fair Weekend, Please add $10.00 per person. McKenzie View RV Camping

1 site · RV2 acres · Springfield, OR
The view of the McKenzie and hills are very nice from the RV/Trailer spot. Easy access to all of Springfield and Eugene. You will be supplied with electrical outlet and water. Septic available with minimum 3 day stay. You can access the river by walking or driving 1/4 mile. Access across the street is only permissible after signing a no fault form. The driveway for your rig requires backing up down a somewhat narrow road as pictured. It is 11' in one spot and worth the effort but helps to have a spotter to help guide you.

miscellania

1 site · RV1 acre · Springfield, OR
This is a great RV parking site under 10 minutes to UO campus in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac with large private yard. Water, electricity and sewer access are available. Please notify ahead of time for these services so we can turn them on before you arrive. This is a driveway large enough for most RVs to park and have close access to the Willamette River, University of Oregon campus, Autzen stadium, Downtown Eugene and Downtown Springfield. Bring your bicycles and you can be at the river path 1/2 mile down the street, and at Autzen stadium or OU campus in 15 minutes. It's a great way to beat traffic and parking!
