Welcome to the river! This beautiful 10 acre property is located on the scenic main Umpqua River. Enjoy excellent, year-round fishing, kayaking, and swimming right from your private and secluded campsite.
Our property is located between 2 boat ramps which makes kayak, canoe, or raft floats a breeze. The property features beautiful, mature trees, fun bedrock to explore, and an amazing swimming hole (in the summertime when the river level is low enough). Sit at the river’s edge and enjoy the sounds of the water. Be sure to watch for soaring Eagles, jumping fish, and the occasional mink on the opposite river's edge!
There are multiple wineries nearby and lots of hiking trails within a short drive.
There is no cell service at the property - please plan ahead and check local burn ban policies before you go.
The "owners area" camping spot is a large, graveled, gated area that has trees between the road and parking. There is a port-a-potty for use in the summer months (Mid April through Labor Day Weekend - please message us for exact dates if you need it and are booking outside this window). There is also a fire pit on the lower level overlooking the river, a hidden tree swing, and deck with picnic table.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a fully manicured campground. There are bushes and grasses that grow year round. We do our best to keep things trimmed and accessible. Sometimes (especially in the spring) things grow more quickly than we can get to them. Please don't expect this to be a perfectly mowed, backyard-type site.

Our group had a great stay overall. The lower level for tents is great and really filters the road noise. The river was perfect for swimming and rock hunting. There were a few steeper areas with the loose gravel that led to some scrapes and bruises. Despite that we would definitely camp here again.

This is a gorgeous camping site! I loved that it was covered in shade nearly the whole day, as well as the beautiful view of the river! The amenities made camping here such a pleasant experience. I can’t recommend this site enough!

A spectacular site, well kept, fun for kids and adults and friendly dogs. We had the riverbank all to ourselves on this private piece of waterfront property. The host was very quick to address our requests. Will be back again.

This space was absolutely perfect! The property is just outside of town, and very quiet. It is nestled in the forest not too far from the hosts' home. They greeted us upon arrival, helped us get our camper backed in, and we got to say high to their dog Lucy. Our kids got to go play out in the trees while we cooked dinner and really enjoyed exotic the area. We will definitely stay again if we ever are in the area.
