Take the opportunity to stay in a one of a kind Farm Store loft on a real working farm. Crossings is a true market farm that has been in our family for over 11 generations. While the main focus of Crossings is always to be a community farm, we love opening our home and farm to respectful visitors. The loft is over our farm store and accessed by a curved staircase (no door between) . The farm setting offers a comfy spot for someone looking for a quiet spot to relax and rest after a day exploring out and about. The cozy space it perfect for 2 people who are looking for a unique spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of their normal lives. The farm store space on the first floor is a public area that is frequented by our regular customers during the day, especially on Saturdays. We allow our Airbnb guests to lock the farm store from 6pm to 9am each night for ultimate privacy and enjoyment of the space. There is a bistro table can that be used for picking up take-out or a simple meal cooked on the wood stove or outdoor grill. The back porch is a perfect spot to enjoy a nice rock in our Troutman Co. rocking chairs while listening to the farm sounds and seeing our crew gather eggs, move the cows, or re-stock the Farm Store. Not in the mood to hike into a spot? You can pull straight into the driveway and park to the left of the farm store. Other things to note **Please note that you are staying on a working family farm. There are multiple farm animals (chickens, pigs, cows, horses, farm dogs and cats) that are in close proximity to the Farm Store. We ask that you maintain and do not go into the fenced areas, greenhouses or our barns for biosecurity. We also ask that you not feed the animals, even though they may come up to the fence. *We do have farm workers (including ourselves) who are in and round the farm all day feeding animals, tending to the garden areas, filling orders and re-stocking the farm store. All of our team will maintain social distancing, but feel free to ask any questions of them while you are here. *Saturdays are our "busier" days on the farm. Our Farm Store is "open" and staffed that day for our regular customer needs. Weekend Trip to Mystic Meadow Farm Glamping.

My dog and I had the absolute best weekend at the “Love Shack” in Mystic Meadow. Wendy has created a woodland oasis with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is easy to find, but feels a thousand miles away from the daily grind. The cabin is perfect, thedeck was outfitted with chairs for relaxing, a swing near the creek, and the woody trails were full of fun treasures. And did I mention the fire pit? We enjoyed visiting the fluffy butts and the goats along the trail, listening to the creek as it bubbled along and watching fireflies from the deck and morning visits with deer. Wendy suggested a couple of places to visit locally, which had great trails and shopping options. We even visited a local drive in on Saturday night. There are lots of options near by for all kinds of entertainment. In fact I’m checking my calendar for another trip in the fall. I highly recommend booking a trip to mystic Meadows, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Wendy for a great weekend and being a terrific host. We really didn’t want to leave! .

Wow! We are so blessed to have found this beautiful site. We loved wandering and exploring the land, picking fresh blackberries, and saying hi to the animals (the donkey is our great friend!). Thank you Natalie & Darrel for being such awesome hosts - even though we arrived very late at night, we were given good instructions and left a lantern to find our lovely cabin. Hoping to come back and spend more time here, it is a true gem.

Wendy was a great host! Every little detail added up to a wonderful stay! Cute, comfortable, and dry (it rained a couple of evenings during our stay) A-frame provided privacy. The shower house was awesome and she even has walking trails! Come to the Mystic Meadow Love Shack, sit in the rocking chairs, and listen to the riffle of the minnow-filled brook and RELAX!

Everything was absolutely amazing! Definitely planning on going back. Private, secluded, perfect amenities, cabin was adorable and very comfortable. Didn’t see a single person the entire time we were camping. It was the best getaway.

This place is a treasure! I booked pretty late in the day, and Natalie was so accommodating. Everything in and around the cabin was so thoughtful that the couple times I started to need something I realized they were 2 steps ahead of me. I absolutely loved the greenhouse! Bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the selection of books they had. Can’t wait to come back (and finish my book!)

Beautiful setting. On their farm. The two story rental had a lovely view of the (Yadkin) river. The scene was serene and peaceful. The lower level opens to the deck with garage style doors that really made the space feel bigger and brought the nature indoors. We would definitely go back.

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Natalie and Darrell were excellent hosts. The cabin was comfortable amd we were suprised at how well stocked it was! Having ice on site was so helpful to keep our coolers cold without having to go anywhere! We enjoyed lighting the woodstove on a chilly rainy afternoon. The view was wonderful- we loved visiting the animals- particularly the donkey and the pigs! We walked to the creek often to fish and go out on our canoe. This was our best vacation! We'd love to come back sometime.

Excellent place! It was really a perfect spot. The cabin is simply adorable. We spent two days hiking at hanging rock and slept the night at the cabin. Everything was perfect-the cabin, the bed, the fire pit, the shower, the port-a potty. Easy to find, excellent directions and easy to access the cabin with code.

Had a great time on the little front porch and around the fire pit in front. Slept comfy and cozy in the loft as well. Couldn't recommend this place more, especially for the price!

I know the area was inhabited by native Americans many decades ago. I have found a few broken arrow heads over the years. The farm is beautiful and quiet. I have a beautiful hiking trail around the property for you to take your fur babies on. The cabin is right on a beautiful stream too. There are several state parks nearby and river tubing within 10 -30 minutes. Hot showers and potable water just a few feet away.
