Pitch your tent on the back 40 acres of a working goat farm. Site #1 has a tent platform, table and firepit. The 12 x 16 tent platform backs up to the mature hedgerow of maples and oaks for afternoon shade, and the campsite overlooks Ithaca's Inlet Valley. The platform is just a 4 minute walk to the main house, and you'll have complete privacy.
Site #2 has a table and firepit, but no platform.
Site #3 has a table and firepit but no platform. It is a level spot on the pasture where you can pitch a tent or park a vehicle.

12 minute drive from Ithaca, 8 minutes to the center of Trumansburg, 7 minute drive from Grassroots, + supermarket, pharmacy etc, 6 minutes to the lower entrance of Taughannock Falls State Park

No shower available, but the creek is deep enough to dunk in.

Campsite is about 400 yards from the road; car access to within 150 feet.

Our friend Meg lives in a camper about 200 yards away, and has a friendly dog named Chaga. "We're dog friendly if your dog is friendly."

Worth the electric hook up for the price. Great view straight out, would recommend over time trying to buffer the neighbors house with some evergreens. No complaints though, especially because it was the only solo campsite with electric hookup around where I needed to be. Thanks so much!

Weekend Trip to Haven in the trees
Beautiful location and views! The cabin is so lovely- straight forward but also well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches and art! Loved hanging on the screen-in porch and being able to take a hot shower outside. Sauna was incredible, just takes time and patience :) Air mattress was comfier than I expected too. I hope to return for another staycation in the woods soon!

My boyfriend and I loved tent camping on this land! Lisa was very try accommodating and accepted our request in short notice. Site #2 was beautiful both during the day and at night. It was well maintained and the portable bathroom was clean. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying again in the future.

The campground only has about a dozen or so spots. It was a pleasant space. It was a good place to stay 20 minutes to Ithaca. Shower could be larger (clean enough). Good price we were left alone and we left satisfied.

Beautiful property and perfect location if you're looking to get away but still have access to all of the areas local shops and attractions. Lisa was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed as far as the campsite goes. The platform was a huge plus with it being a bit rainy during our stay!! 10/10 experience!! My daughters and I enjoyed our little get away!

The property is exclusive. Harrison is a gracious host. My children and I had a wonderful time on the property. When asked, my children gave an 8/10 and 9/10 for their personal rating. The campsite was very nice. If you are adept at camping without electricity and water- this is the place for you. Thank you again, Harrison, for an amazing Hip Camp experience. We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking to camp near Ithaca.

Our stay was great because the camp site was easy to access independently and it was clean, quiet and exactly what we expected! The young owners were eager to make everyone feel comfortable and satisfied with the bathrooms and showers (which were clean and comfortable with nice hot showers ) we walked our dogs in a beautiful field with mowed paths. Close to State Park and interesting day trips in the finger lakes! We will return!

J responded quickly to all my questions, and was very personable. I'm an older woman, traveling it my reactive dog, so his cabin location made me feel safe with his home being so close. But it was still secluded enough to feel we were alone, and the area is beautiful! It's super cute and close to all the amazing sights in the Finger Lakes.

What a peaceful little haven on a hillside! We had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend. Rebecca helped us find the best site to camp with our tent and made sure our party of three sites were well situated.
