Camp WAN-NA-B is a great place to get away in the forest. Property backs up to the national forest, walk to Bear River. Learn about off grid living and camping, water systems and compost toilets or just enjoy your time in the forest. A great place to star gaze. There are many great places to hike, take a dip in the Bear River or just relax by the creek and unwind from the city life. Just a short walk to the Bear River. A small stream runs right through the property. You may even book the stream site to enjoy it close up. A very short drive to Emerald Pools, Lake Spaulding and South Yuba River. Truckee or North Shore Lake Tahoe just 30-40 minute drive for a day trip. There is also a great eatery just up the road, right off Highway 80, if you are interested in a lunch out. What ever you came to the forest for, it is all waiting for you at Camp WAN-NA-B at Bear Valley., forest therapy! This area is know for gold panning and we are located right down the road from a historical gold mine, Donner Mine Camp. This land is new to Hipcamp. This land is being shared for the first time and owner has been enjoying it for over 20 years. Forget the crowded campgrounds, come share a little piece of paradise right in the forest.
