Located minutes from the Otsego Club, Treetops, The Loon, & Michaweye golf courses. Within 5 miles you will have access to beautiful downtown Gaylord and multiple world renowned golf courses. The home is located on crystal clear Dixon lake. Sooth in our hot tub at the end of the day. The home is an open concept with a large deck facing the lake. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms. Ample closets to handle clothes, etc. Downstairs is a large bedroom and a family/bunk room with a TV and an electric fireplace. We can comfortably sleep 11. The laundry is located in the basement and in the back is private storage. Hot tub is included! So if you are out skiing or snowmobiling and need to warm up or you just want to relax on your stay we have you covered! You will be able to access the entire property and the lake in summer and winter. The home is totally available except for the storage in the rear of the basement. I can be contacted at any time. You are in a very private setting close to town. You will feel you are in the great outdoors with giant maple and oak trees on the property. Located on the edge of atv and snowmobile trails and lots of room to hike. Ample parking space for up to 6 plus vehicles. There is also room for boat and snowmobile trailers at the top of the driveway.
