Site 3 (Levitating Tent Rental)
Camping on Cory’s land was a pleasure, he was a awensome host who supplied us with eggs and fire starters on request. The property is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the UP! With it being in the middle practically all of the sights are within a hour drive .

Levitating tent
Tent camping here was amazing! The levitating tent was so neat to get to hangout in and the whole little area is tucked away from the road and very little noise. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the elevated tent
I love camping and the elevated tent was great!!!! We hadn’t ever had that experience and we highly recommend it. But the campsite is far from the outhouse and next to a swampy area so be prepared to battle mosquitos big time and take it seriously if you pitch a tent here that the level areas are not great for rainy weather as it gets very muddy and it has little chance to dry out due to the density of the trees and brush around the area. The host was nice to have eggs and firewood there for us ( it was an option to pay for them ahead which was nice) unfortunately despite the rain we abandoned our packed food and outdoor stove for a mosquito free and dry breakfast spot down the road.

It is a very a fun place to camp! It’s super peaceful, nice fire pit, and a store close by incase you forget anything. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who doesn’t like big, loud camp grounds. Awesome place! Cory is super helpful and nice!

Camping in the trees
Very private, surrounded by the trees and birds. Lake was a bit hard to get to due to private homes on the lakefront, but theres a public doc you can use! Fire pit had a grill grate so you could cook over the fire. Gas station up the street had everything you could ever need, nice toilets, and a great staff that helped us refill our tires when they got low. There was also a bathroom on the site that was a pit toilet. Lots of spiders and mosquitoes so bring bug spray. Was a 45 mins from pictured rocks and Tahquamenon falls state park! Overall a great camping spot and I highly recommend :)
