Single full hookup for a camper close to Lake Superior. We have 50/30/20 electric, softened iron and odor free perfect water, septic, WiFi, and can accommodate a very large rig, lots of parking available. All graveled. At the end of a dead end paved road, so lots of privacy. Only 3 mile drive to Lake Superior. A mile the way the crow flys to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. There is only 1 site, so you have the area to yourself. Pellet grill, tables, and chairs are available for your use. It would make a great base camp for spending time in the central upper peninsula. We purchased the property 2 years ago, and put a had it cleared we just got the building done and are adding in grass and other things, so I may be around putting in some work on the property, this wouldn't be anywhere near where you would be parked. Leashed dog friendly.

This was one of our favorite camp spots! Perfect location for exploring the Porcupine Mountains and also taking walks along the beach. There are so many special touches provided - kayaks, canoe, hammock, firepit, chairs, picnic table and a flush toilet! We loved it here.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Camp! We were in a tent, so loved the flushing toilet! The road is close, but we found the convenience of it well worth any noise we may have heard. There is a full tree line between the camping area and it, so you can’t see the cars, only occasionally hear them when at the campsite - never by the beach. The beach area is to die for. So close to camp and just a haven.

This is the most beautiful and serene location along Lake Superior! There are kayaks, bikes, and corn hole available for use, but it’s also a great place to sit and relax on the beach and enjoy the lake. The bathroom was very clean and water pump convenient. Doug and April provided a lot of great information prior to my arrival to be sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would recommend this camp site in a heartbeat!

Quite on a dead end, on a city like street. He has everything set-up perfectly and very easy to back straight in. If you're looking to stay out of the big campgrounds and getting a peaceful night's sleep this is the place.

Great quiet and private spot. We never got a single mosquito bite and we stayed for a week. We had our dog and this was great for her, she played in the grass and had nice walks in the neighborhood. Love the gravel/concrete as we were able to not drag in as much dirt. We used the concrete pad for morning workouts as well. Wayne’s a water guy, so has great water quality and pressure. He is also a kind man with lots of good local suggestions. We loved Muldoons pasty, not the other places as much. Get the traditional it is amazing! $5 pints at East Channel Brewing and good flavors also. Also we were able to see the Northern Lights at Miners Beach one night. Enjoy!

You couldn't ask for anything more from this camping spot. Sandy beach, shallow water perfect for swimming, crashing waves to lull you to sleep... And the amenities make it so easy to use. Between the electric hookup, the water hookup, and the flush toilet, you really have everything you need whether you're in a pop-up camper like we were, or a tent, or even a big rig.

This is a very nicely maintained site in an excellent location WITH SEWER! That’s super rare around here, at least when we were searching. It’s extremely easy to navigate with a large rig. The owner is so kind and offered some insider tips. There’s a cool trail at the end of the street - honestly unsure if it’s private or not but there weren’t signs! It’s very quiet out there. The warehouse is on a residential street and there isn’t a house near to the campsite.

Sporley lake was beautiful and the hosts parents Ann & Tony made the trip unforgettable! We arrived in the rain and they were kind enough to invite us into their home to ride out the storm. They gave us a lot of good information about the area and places to visit during our stay. They were also just a lot of fun to hangout with and talk to. 10/10 will be going back next year!

This was my third time staying on this property and we love it. It is perfect for putting up tents right next to the beach and yet not too far at the end of the boardwalk, I could park my hard sided pop-up with electricity and water available. The bathhouse is equipped with a flush toilet and storage for lifejackets and paddles. There are canoes, kayaks, and bikes to use. There is so much to do around the area with great hiking and spectacular views. The sunsets on the beach were fabulous. This will be an annual destination for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wayne’s! The site was spacious, level, private and had full hookups. There is a nice concrete slab for your rugs and chairs. He also provides a nice grill, picnic table and grassed area right behind the rig for the dogs. The fresh water was great so we filled up before heading out. We really appreciated the location… we were so close to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, multiple waterfalls, beaches and the Ottawa National Forest. This site is also close to several restaurants, souvenir shops, a grocery store and gas stations. Wayne recommended Sand Point beach for a sunset…. It was beautiful! Highly recommend ! We also rented a pontoon to see the pictured rocks and are so glad we did!! Wow! Absolutely breathtaking! A must do to fully appreciate the beauty!! We will definitely rent from Wayne again when we come back to this area!

Has real potential and you can see the owner is working on projects. It was fine for making a night as we cruise through the area. It wasn't clear what we had access to, but it was late and chilly. There was no phone service or phone wifi here. Made for a nice night listening to nature. Luvkily the owner kept lots of cleaning supplies in the bathroom....
