This room is above our milking parlor and walk in cooler which is where we sell produce, meat, and eggs so there could be customers coming and will be someone milking every day at 6:30am and 4:30 pm. If you don't mind some noise from downstairs you'll love the cozy, private room, with a clawfoot tub by the picture window overlooking the farm. If you like animals you will enjoy meeting our milk cows Sassafras and Bessie Lou; dogs Frex and Myla; horses Charlie and Cheena❤️ We have fresh produce grown on the farm in season, milk, eggs, meat -all available for your purchase. Locally roasted coffee will be available as a thank you. We are a 5 minute drive from public landing pier and beach. I would highly recommend starting your day out right by heading down there to watch the sunrise! There's a boat dock there as well. We are located right in between Chincoteague (45min) and Assateague (35min). Lots of trails around for biking, horseback riding, hiking. No pets allowed in the loft but we may be able to accommodate them, please ask about this. You also have shared access to a propane grill, washer and dryer, screened in porch
