When this area was originally settled, the farm was located on the "highway" from Camden to seasonal pastures in Lincolnville. The trails leading to the park still go by the old foundations that dotted the old Government Road from Camden. Amenities included in the nightly rental are a 16-foot diameter round Regatta Bell canvas tent (water repellent) set up on a raised wooden platform, with a full-sized pull-out futon, an additional single-sized futon chair, a single-sized air mattress, and an indoor dining table and stools. Outside, overlooking beautiful Crawford Pond (aka Crawford Lake) is an outdoor kitchen and lounging area with patio table and chairs, umbrella, as well as kitchenware (cookware, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, coffee press, etc.), a gas grill, and firepit. There is even a farm store where you can buy fresh milk, cheese, yogurt and even ice cream - all made right here on the farm in our Maine licensed dairy facility.If swimming, boating or fishing are what you enjoy then take a walk through the woods down to Toddy Pond and enjoy the private landing complete with raft, four kayaks and a canoe. Over 1 mile of private frontage on the pond ensures complete privacy and quiet, though you will probably hear the loons out on the water.
