My husband, Nate, and I moved home in 2014, and started turning the fields into pastures. Today, we run Nightfall Farm, raise animals with respect, and sell pasture-raised meat locally. Our cabins sits on 100 acres.
Our cabins have AC/Heat. A dry sink are in each cabin are provided. Roast hotdogs over your private fire pit as
a fire pit is just outside the cabin along with private picnic table. We have a shower bathroom house. You provide your own towel, and soap products.
Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash and under your control at all times. Privy's are found just outside the cabin.
We have miles of hiking trails and several spring fed creeks so take your hiking boots off and wade in the clean cool water.
Stars are in abundance at Guthrie Meadows so star gazing is a must!

Small Farm located just 3 miles outside of Lagrange, KY and 18 miles outside of Louisville, KY but it feels like you are deep in the countryside. There are tons of things to be excited about here at Starlight....there are horses, and a mini-pig to snuggle with. There are chickens and ducks to watch do .....chicken and duck things. This unique 2 acre oasis is the historical quarry; It’s how Quarry Road gets its namesake in southern Indiana! With a 40ft. rock wall that horseshoes around the entire property, experience privacy and serenity. LLC Ranch is situated directly above the underground railroad, the Duncan Tunnel. We enjoyed camping at this little private spot! It was awesome, the fire pit and little patio was perfect! There is a shed house here also. It came at such a convenience camping with a one year old. It has a little kitchen area, living room area, shower sink area, WiFi, and a bed to sleep on, an outside restroom which was very nice and clean upon arrival. One of the best parts was wood for a fire was provided and plenty of areas to set up a tent. We set ours up right at the patio so it was perfect! We will definitely be back! 😊

This was a great spot to spend the night! Beautiful views, comfy cabin, spotless outhouse. I didn't try the showers, but it was great they provide them. I'd stay again if I were in the area. The cabins are separate from one another and very private, so you have your own secluded hangout.

This is our favorite place to get out of Louisville and into nature because it’s relaxed, the sites are well-spaced, and we’ve never had a problem with other campers here. Just know that some sites are primitive and prepare accordingly.

We loved the cabin at nightfall. It was perfect for the two of us. The outdoor kitchen made it so easy to cook and cleanup. Liz was so friendly and welcoming. Loved going on little walks around the property. Croft, the kitty, was an added bonus. The cabin was so comfy and made us feel like we were in the middle of the woods.

The cabin was cozy and the trails were very nice to hike. My favorite part was being greeted by a pack of alpacas whenever we walked by. All of the land around the cabins was beautiful to explore and it was a quick drive to Spring Mill State Park for some more exploration and trails.

Weekend Trip to Nightfall Farm
I had the best time spending the weekend here. I went for a solo birthday getaway and it was exactly what I had hoped for. I felt safe as a solo woman traveler with the location of the cabin. Tucked away and private, while this being close enough if something were to happen. Croft the cat was the best surprise and entertainment as he hunted through the woods around the cabin. Would be thrilled to back again

We had a really great stay here! The property has some fun, unique touches (like a UFO, some aliens 👽, and creative birdhouses) that made it interesting to explore. The amenities were super convenient, especially having a bathroom with running water and firewood provided. We really loved the wine tasting, fishing, and stargazing. The hosts were amazing, and we and our dogs had a great time!
