Our secluded riparian area at the confluence of Sugar Creek and East Little Sugar has been operated by our family as a place of solitude, river fishing and canoeing for over 100 years*. 'Indians' camped here year-round before the Pioneers arrived. During the early-1800s, a stagecoach station on the Cincinnati-Indianapolis line was built upon the Indian village. (Yes, stagecoaches in Indiana - how even Easterners got around before railroads).
