The Barn on Twilight is a shared communal space among 3 homeowners and their guests. The barn is made up of a 3 bedroom Apartment, 3 pickleball courts, gym and a commercial kitchen with access to outdoor kitchen amenities. Please keep in mind that any of the homeowners can access the property at any time, except the Apartment while rented.
On the summer weekends, the homeowners will use the commercial kitchen as a gathering space. As much as they try to keep it quiet after 10pm, sometimes Lake Life catches up with them. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience of noise Thursday through Saturday!

We have owned this farm for the last 37 years slowly helping it evolve into a gem of sustainability. The market produces herbs and vegetables and there are two 3 acre warm season native grassland prairie with forbs and flowers. This gives us the opportunity to educate those who visit on how to raise their own herbs vegetables and about the major benefits of the prairie. We are adding another 10 acres to the prairie in the next 2 years, as we let the land evolve away from mono culture corn crops to native grasses and forbs. We have 2 campsites, each has a fire pit, benches and a picnic table. There is one centrally located composting outhouse. Potable water is available near each campsite.

Please check in between 4 pm and 6 EDT or make other arrangements with us at least 2 days before your stay. Camp at a working farm market and greenhouse. Lake Michigan is about 40 minutes away, 20 min. from Notre Dame University and restaurants and shopping area. Many county parks and nature preserves in the area.

Titus’s place was wonderful. So peaceful and the property was immaculate. We wish we could have spent more time there but it was a quick stop on our way. We did enjoy our morning fire watching the rising sun with happy cattle in the field adjacent. 100% recommend

This was our second hipcamp and we were ready to head further out from home. No issues with requesting the site and dates. Shari responded within a 1/2 hour confirming our booking. Excelling communications before and day of arrival. Able to get water just as they posted with no issues. David and the dogs took us back to our site and gave us suggestions for our trailer placement which worked our perfectly. Little leveling to get it level but awesome vista per the pictures. Nice and quiet and great weekend. We will be back. If you are in the area check them out, they are worth it. Again, thanks Shari and David!

Weekend Trip to Blooming Bus Farms
had a great time even tho it was sooo cooooold! the beds were very cozy just hard to leave them in the morning. we did have to buy $20 worth of wood for each night! next time , we won't have to bring so much stuff because they supplied a lot. The bathroom was great.We didn't use the shower because it was so cold, not the shower, the weather! it was GREAT!!

We loved this location and will definitely be back! Highly recommend camping here! We loved waking up nestled between the pumpkin patch and orchard, hidden away with some old growth trees. Each morning we were visited by a couple pairs of some sort of crane bird (so cool!). The spot felt private even with visitors checking out the orchard. In the fall- this has plenty of shade. We loved visiting the store and loading up on fresh apples and other goodies. This was the perfect spot for our fall vibes camp out 💕

We had the best time tent camping at site #2! This vineyard is a special place. Peaceful, quiet, and no mosquitoes. Beautiful Concord grapes and smells wonderful. We even saw shooting stars at night! Host was very welcoming and communicative. We would come back again.
