Shawn had a great set up and was a wonderful host! Location is beautiful and close to local eateries. If I'm ever in the area again, Shawn's spot would be my first choice!

Nice quiet spot, easy to find, easy to park. Cute little pond. I was just passing through so I didn't get a chance to hang out, but it seemed nice!

If you’re a birder this is a good place to stay since it is quite brushy and borders the lake with woods across the road . We saw swans , Sandhill cranes, hummingbirds, warblers and many other kinds. Shawn was readily available and was very helpful.

Shawn was a perfect host and quick to respond to questions. Plenty of space for my 24’ Class C! Of course the water, electric and sewer are a bonus. Sssoooo reasonably priced! Loved walking his property and seeing the lake, birds, cranes and 2 beautiful Swans with their 5 babies! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The spot had everything we needed. Very quiet spot near the lake. Spot was at the end of street with very little traffic. It Was different parking next to someone’s home and connecting to the house.

Great little lake front area, full hookups available, great price, super nice and welcoming host! This place is a gem. You can park in the driveway if you want to stay on pavement, but if you don’t mind grass then the side of the garage is the JAM. 😊

Owner very personable, and informative on the area and where we wanted to go. In a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Pretty surroundings, we saw Swans, heard bullfrogs, plenty of birds, and a bunny.

Shawn welcomed us with some local area guides, which were great to have. He has a beautiful secluded area on the lake, yet only minutes from downtown. We would stay here again.

The campsite is a generous sized open space between Shawn's house and Shipshewana Lake, with full hook ups, a fire pit, and a beautiful view of the lake. There were plentiful wildlife, we saw swans, herons, geese and bullfrogs serenaded us at night. Shawn, the owner welcomed us and made sure our questions about the area were answered. We would recommend this camp to anyone.

At the end of the road right on the lake. Sewer, water, and electric hookups. Quiet and peaceful. Fire pit and picnic table at the site. Can either park on a narrow cement pad in the renters drivewayor on the grass beside it. We opted for the grasp beside it as it was better for us for the water, sewer and electric hook ups..

Great location. Shawn was welcoming and understanding of us arriving late. Beautiful site. Only problem was driveway light kept coming on and stayed on for a long time. Wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of Shipshewana.

Shawn was an amazing host. The campsite was perfect. We loved watching the ducks onon the chanel, and the last two days we where there a family of swans came to say hi on the chanel.

We loved staying at Shawns. It has everything we needed for RV camping, electric, water and sewer. Its right on the lake, with beautiful views and the sounds of nature. We rented one of his jon boats and did some fishing. It was very peaceful and Shawn was a very gracious host. We will definitely be visiting again!

Property is at the end of a cul de sac with water on 2 sides. It was quiet and peaceful. Parking was convenient and we parked our camper in the driveway which was paved. Utilities were available. Shawn was a gracious host and even has a small bookstore where we were able to look through at our leisure.
