Our campground was founded in 1980 on a family owned estate established in the mid 1800. We are just a short drive off of I-95 in Coastal Ga, near Brunswick,Ga; only minutes from the beaches of the Golden Isles of Ga, Okefenokee Swamp Park and Northeast Fl. Our large campsites will never leave you with concerns about invading the space neighboring campers. Call us bias, but there’s nothing better than small town life. When the "blue roof cottage by the tracks" (yes, it used to have a unique blue roof) hit the market in early 2021, we knew it had to be ours! We purchased it & flipped it into a vacation home for guests of Folkston .. and The Conductor's Corner was born. Get away from the city by not driving far ( just an hour and a half from Savannah) and discover another way of living. With over 15 campsites, each unique (on first come first serve basis). We are a working farm with garden (seasonal items for purchase), chickens (egg breakfast available for purchase), ducks, rabbits, pigs, cats, and dogs.
Enjoy a day in the country. Begin with a fresh egg breakfast at one of our picnic tables. Then enjoy a stroll on one of our many trails as you listen to the birds singing. We really enjoyed our stay here, the hosts were very sweet & accommodating. We camped in a tent, but they still had water & electric hookups available & set out for us just in case. Our dog had the time of his life frolicking through the field behind the campsite. There are open fields on the front and backside- which was perfect for watching the storms roll-in. Very quiet environment, nice small towns in either direction. Loved the overall experience! Will def be returning!

Nice open area to camp in. Set up wherever you want. We were the only ones camping the week we stayed. It’s just 20 amp service, but it ran our AC unit just fine. Very conveniently located, right off the main road, but far enough away that you cannot hear the traffic very much. Jana was very responsive to questions.
