The firewood that was available made my stay, thank you Chad. Cut it SHORTER than diameter of fire rings please. It was so much better than hotel/motel. Coffee was excellent. Outdoor shower was great! hard to figure out how to operate, instructions would have helped.

Perfect for rugged camping but with shelter & a shower! Feels secluded, but you still have cell service & civilization nearby in case you need anything. Also lots of historical sites nearby. Caught a few fish in the pond & enjoyed cooking over the fire. Cabin & bathroom were clean and owners were extremely nice! Would love to come back in summer so I can enjoy the flowers!

We had such a relaxing time! The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us and it had all the amenities we needed. We loved the lights around the campsite, and the kids took over the loft area in the cabin! Beautiful camp spot close to town! My friend and I just wanted to come in for the night while I was in town to get away. We didn't use the showers or amenities (like the canoes) but wish we'd had more time. The camp area was lovely, the firepit is large & the twinkling lights made it feel magical. Would recommend! Our only issue was the barking dogs surrounding the property, which Brittany has no control of. We ended up leaving at 2AM because we could not sleep...but I'm extra sensitive to noises so for the average person this may not be a problem.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay! The farm setting was absolutely serene — nestled along a river and within striking distance of the mountains. Every detail was so thoughtfully done, from the well-kept amenities to the little touches that made it feel both comfortable and connected to nature. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were genuinely kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to help me plan things to do in the area — from scenic spots to local hidden gems; they went out of their way to make my stay extra special. Between the peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, and top-notch amenities, this place was the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. I truly enjoyed my stay here! Everything out it was what I wanted! It had all the amenities of camping, and a comfortable bed & shelter! I described it as “camping - light”. They had all the cooking gear I needed. I can’t explain how much joy this cozy cabin brought me :)

Beautiful and well appointed cabin, looking out onto a small lake with a resident heron. Communicative and responsive hosts. We would love to go back and try one of the other cabins for a future stay.

Weekend Trip to Piney Hills Campground

This was such a hidden gem! The cabin was adorable, clean, and close to a very nice bathhouse. We were right next to two friendly ponies, and a short walk from a variety of animals, which the kids loved feeding. The campground was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Lisa was so kind, and even brought us a bottle of wine because we were there to celebrate a birthday. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing camp ground!! Loved the flower garden and the amazing owners of this camp ground. Very considerate owners, clean and well maintained

We were in the first tent. But the other tents were not rented out. The tent sides are very thick and zip completely shut.

Weekend Trip to Wellness and Nature

This was a very calm place. I loved every bit of it. You're well off the beaten path, in a wonderfully good way. It was thoughtfully prepared, and gloriously maintained. I would highly recommend this to anyone who may ask. They even had some sticks prepared in the firepit, just waiting for you. This is the kind of homely touch to expect.
