We became the owners of this 6 acres in 2020. We have since started a large garden, have goats and chickens, and have had many projects. We love sharing this beautiful space with others! We are surrounded by the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Reserve, 4000 acres of beauty. There are hiking and biking trails, 2 lakes for fishing, kayaking on the South River, or have a lazy day in the woods. So much to enjoy for outdoor lovers. Being under the canopy of the pine trees really helps keep the site cool during Georgia summers. We have a nice outhouse and outdoor shower with hot water that are available to campers. We do live on the property and the bathroom area is shared with others. Welcome!

Forest Dome at Arabia Mtn Farm
I love this place! The bathrooms are comfortable and nice. The Forest Dome was so much fun and very spacious! It had everything you'd need. It is right on the trail that leads to a very beautiful hike during sunset. Also one of the sweetest and prettiest dogs lives on the homestead and will come say hi from time to time

Oasis with GOATS!!!
Absolute peaceful paradise....and only a snap drive from civilization. Driving in and being led by a goat herder and her flock was awesome! It really is a hidden gem. Right next to trails and surrounded by everything you need to recharge. Thank you, Ashley. No wonder you're #1. It's like the 7 wonders of Georgia... peaceful pines, dome, goat farm, teepee, boathouse, .....just epic

Cozy Tepee
Wonderful stay in the Tepee
My (young adult) daughter and I recently stayed at the Cozy Tepee and loved our time there. It was her first camping experience so I wanted something easy on her and let her stay in the tepee while I car camped in front of it in my 4Runner. I was impressed at the thought that went into this hipcamp. The tepee was stocked with mugs, coffee, powdered creamer and sugar, etc, and had a heater and fan. She was very comfortable. Another thing I like is that even arriving after dark in November in a light drizzle, I found my way to the site easily. The trail to the common area (toilets, shower, sink) goes behind the tepee so occasionally we would see someone walking by and the motion-sensitive lights would pop on to help them but it didn't bother me. It was very thoughtful of the host to have those. One note, if you aren't familiar with tepees, they do have a small hole at the top and if it is raining a small amount of water may enter so be careful where you put your belongings and electronics. Unfortunately, due to getting there after dark and the rain the next morning we didn't get to visit the goats or the nearby trails, lake, etc. I would definitely return and maybe chose a primitive site next time to help my daughter take the next step on her adventure but still have a working toilet, shower, and sink. Great job setting al of this up Ashley!
