Friendly and responsive to questions. Nice site with power and water. A little overpriced if you don’t have a boat, but well worth it if you do Hot shower and clean bathroom.

We loved RV’g at Mahan Farm! Just as you enter the property you can’t help but notice it’s a beautiful & peaceful setting. We had our dogs and were able to walk them leashed, and let them run off leash (with permission) further out in the fields away from the horses. There was plenty of room for our 35’ rig and parking for our tow vehicle. Hook ups are convenient & water pressure was ok (FAR, FAR better than a nearby RV park we’ve stayed at in the past). Location is convenient to Publix, Walmart, Costco, & I-10. We’ll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend.

RV site was nice with stone pad. We had water and electric hook up and were able to use one of his dump stations before we left. It was quiet at night and about 8 miles from a cute beach 🏖️. Definitely had a country feel being off a dirt road.

We loved tent camping with the goats! We camped in the goat enclosure, and had a lot of fun keeping our stuff goat-proofed. We highly recommend ear plugs, as the roosters seem to think Dawn was every few minutes. But it was worth it! We really appreciated the community fridge that we could store some stuff in, and the community supplies (pots, pans, etc) in case you forgot something. The hostess was awesome. I even got to help with a baby goat delivery! Tell Fireball “hi” from me!

This cozy, quiet cabin was the perfect retreat during our 3-day soccer tournament stay. It had everything we needed—comfy beds, a warm shower, and a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax at night. One of the best parts was getting to spend time with the goats—such sweet animals! We even got to see a newborn baby with her mom, which was such a special experience. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This is the beautiful wild coast of Florida's "Big Bend." Located halfway between Perry to the north and Steinhatchee to the south, Keaton Beach is an outpost town with a laidback, relaxing atmosphere. No motels, no fast food. These are prime scalloping waters from mid to late summer, and the area is famous for year-round fishing. Several feet from the cottage is a screened porch overlooking the scenic river, with plenty of comfortable seating and a daybed... should you want to nap. From this location It's not uncommon to see wildlife. A wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening bug free. Take a swing on the open porch, sit riverside at either our propane fire pit or have a campfire (firewood provided) which is also along the river nestled in the woods. We encourage guests to use the outdoor seating areas for the ultimate relaxation experience and to find your favorite spot! Bar-B-Q with our easy-to-use propane grill (utensils and grill pans provided). Our fish station makes cleaning your catch a breeze! Also available a full-size fridge located on the screened porch in addition to the mini fridge in the cottage. Guest access Large open deck with ladder access to the floating dock which is perfect for mooring your boat or launching kayaks. Kayaks are available for guest use. Provided are (2) single person (1) fishing single person and (1) two-person tandem kayaks with life vest. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for the 5-mile downstream Aucilla River to the Gulf of Mexico trip. This can be scheduled after your check-in. We have different size crates available, and these are provided at no extra charge in the event that you should leave the cottage and choose not to take your fur baby with you. You can access Blue Springs park with a short tube ride down river or drive around on the road in under two minutes. We have a low access point perfect for getting in the water to swim or launch your kayak directly on property. ATVs and side-by-side’s are welcome in our community. There are plenty of areas to ride around and explore. If you are bringing a boat, Lee boat ramp is a short drive away. You can easily drive your river boat up the river to the property. Excellent fishing awaits you. Our area of the river is sparsely populated and is relaxing and tranquil. We have a dry and high ridge area set up for camping in a tent or RV. Full 110v power hook up with 50amp service was taken out by latest hurricane and is unavailable currently. No power available till service resumes. There is a lovely 6 foot swing that overlooks the river. Large handmade steel fire ring for your use. Firewood seasonally available on site for no extra charge.. Scallop Tyme RV Campground was once an abandoned camp covered in worthless Sand Pines. There was a cabin and sheds in the center surrounded by chain link fence topped with barbwire. The timber was donated and used to fuel nearby electric plants. Once the four acres was cleared and cleaned, the idea of a RV campground started. During the early onset of Covid, my family remained in our adjacent camp because there was no Covid in the area and plenty of Covid at home. Cleaning and clearing the acreage gave us something to do. While cleaning the old, abandoned camp site inside the chain link fence; we found an old boat and motor, a Kawasaki motorcycle, and numerous civil war and Vietnam war memorabilia. The campground was opened in June 2020. Learn more about this land: Keaton Beach county boat ramp is 2 miles away. This area is known for great scalloping in the summer, red fish and trout year around. There are several guides in the area for your fishing or snorkeling pleasure. Amenities include fish cleaning table, BBQ grill, fire ring, and picnic table at each site. Plenty of room to park your boat. Most of the RV sites are shaded. Sites 1, 2, and 5 are 50 amp. Sites 3 and 4 are 30 amp.
