This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay. Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites. Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants. Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too. Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand. Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas. The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish). Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property. We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

We are also a little over an hour away from some of the most breathtaking springs in Florida. Alderman's Ford, a Hillsborough County conservation park with over seven miles of hiking trails, is within walking or biking distance. The park's most famous attraction is a 1.9-mile paved and one of the state's most popular canoe spots. The loop, which is hiker, dog-walker, and bicycle-friendly, links with a boardwalk and footbridges leading into shaded woods of gigantic cypress and oak trees. There is also a designated horse trail. About 10 minutes down the road, the Alafaia River State Park offers some of the most radical elevation changes in the state. This topography is uncommon for most of Florida, making the park a hot spot for mountain bikers, equestrians, and hikers. The hilly trails at Alafaia River total about 20 miles and run through forests, flatwoods, and lakes. Our property is six acres, and the central feature is our natural spring-fed pond with gorgeous waterfront views. The camping designated area is a one-acre pasture across the pond from the farm house we live in. If you like privacy, you will be happy to know that we have very few designated RV and glamping sites. The loop, which is hiker, dog-walker, and bicycle-friendly, links with a boardwalk and footbridges leading into shaded woods of gigantic cypress and oak trees. There is also a designated horse trail. About 10 minutes down the road, the Alafaia River State Park offers some of the most radical elevation changes in the state. We loved our stay at Ellen’s yoga yurt! It was better than I even could have expected, and was such the perfect little spiritual retreat. We opted to add on the Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath experiences and are SO happy that we did. These are the kind of experiences you usually have to travel out of the country for. I truly loved the design and the decorations, and especially all of the sound bowls and instruments I got to play with while I was there. The gong and the rain stick were a few of my favorites. The tree house was another super fun addition, and climbing up into it took me back to my childhood. It was truly magical and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Ellen 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🕉️

Very nice campsite with full hookups. The campsite is very much out in the country, secluded/private, down a dirt road etc. Our dogs could run free and play until exhausted. We need a place to stay during some home renovations, and this campsite fit the bill beyond expectations. It’s very close to all the modern suburban amenities we’re all used too, but neatly tucked away in the country for a truly great camping experience. Loved it and would do it again.

We loved camping at Chuong’s land. Our travel trailer fitted perfectly with enough room to walk around comfortably. Location is super convenient. Place is so clean that it gives you a beach vibe. Loved it!

This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. As a nurse i prioritize peace and self care off the clock.....this property was definitely peaceful in a surrounding of nature that influences self care. Dawns land was full of greenery, she organized rental spaces to prioritize privacy. Our rental space was clean and organized. Easily to become a romantic setting for any couple. Bathroom was very clean and cute! Dawn herself was a welcoming and down to earth personality, which is refreshing. So detailed with around the area activities and food. We did not get to use the hot tub (we forgot about it) but I can garentee that would've been just as impressive. I plan to rent again! Thanks Dawn!!!!♡

Yurt was bigger than I expected! I went there to meditate, do yoga, enjoy a sound bath and ground. The yurt has magical energy and I really enjoyed my experience. A short walk to the bathroom is a great city glamping experience. Excellent for yoga & meditation retreats the yurt could sleep more people than advertised., the host was exceptionally accommodating to create a customized stay & gave us concierge service & reserved a table at 5 star restaurant nearby!

Maria’s tiny home was perfect. Everything we needed was there. It was close to many sights, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend if you are looking for the glamping experience around Bradenton, consider this tiny home. Only downside was our GPS took us to an old route, but we were able to get back on track. So if your GPS takes you to Chateau Ln Way, don’t take it, the correct street is 3rd St W.
