nothing walkable. 20 mins to beach. Cortez Beach parking free. Other beach is $20 an hour. WiFi only good for day not stay. Playground is 5 mins away. River House restaurant 5 mins away. Ellenton outlet 20 mins away. Wanted something on beach. Good trip. $80 I spent less for more fun and stuff closer by. I been close to Disney 10 mins away for $40. I been to Carolina beach for $40 right on beach less than 10 feet. I would come back for $20 a night. Quiet place. Only have 1 car my kid needs stuff to do nearby. I had someone that had a farm zipline and swings and a slide. My kid had fun. All kid needed.

Hosts were very accommodating. Yard was private and fenced in so we felt secure. Surrounding are has lots to offer to do and see.

Host family is the most wholesome, kind, accommodating, kind family ever! The location is PERFECT! We loved it so much we ended up buying a house 10 minutes down the way! Anna Maria seems unreal, like a dream! Neighborhood is safe and super convenient! Not a single complaint! Five star review!

This was a great place to stay!! Quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. We were greeted with a smile and we felt like we were at home.. we loved the chickens hanging out with us!! We will definitely be back 😊

We stayed in our class A motorhome with full hookups. Needed to buy a sewer extension too. Great private, fenced backyard. Great for their chickens which were huge. Loved hearing their low noises. Would definitely stay hear again. The family was great. Great kids. Great neighborhood. Wonderful traffic because hardly any. So many different routes to go. Wonderful places to visit nearby. Free pool 6 minutes away.

The Hipcamp was very nice, peaceful and easy to get to. It was perfect as we were meeting family each day on Anna Maria! Mark and his wife were very quick to answer any questions!

We had a great time. Our stay was for a week. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. The water and electric connections were good. The sewer connection was a little far for the hoses we carry.

A very nice and private site in a great location. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Please note: it’s not just the power cord that needs an extension as noted in the listing, but also water and sewage. Our 25 ft water hose would not reach, so we had to go out and buy a 50 ft one and our small travel trailer only had a 10 ft sewer drain hose which wasn’t even coming close. As a result, we had to do some washing outside since our grey water tank was full. Fortunately our next site had them all close to the camper and we were able to empty everything there.

Great Host, they made sure we knew where everything was located as soon as we arrived. Easy trip to the local beaches. Plenty of local dining and shopping venues. Quiet neighborhood an a peaceful camping experience. Thank you Mark and Family for being so kind!

Very nice secluded and quiet area. The pictures on hip camp don’t do justice to the beautiful large back yard they have. They kindly allowed us to let our dachshund free in their fenced back yard—can’t do that at a campground/rv park! They were friendly and helpful and simply let us enjoy staying there. We would definitely stay again.
