Very nice spot for quick getaway. My family enjoyed the ranch and the RV spot was wonderful. Large corner spot with fire pit, good patio furniture and even little swing that my sons used multiple times a day.

We are on .33 acres in a small neighborhood off of US 1 in the city of Palm Bay. We have room for a rv or campervan. We NOW have 30 amp plug in and water. No bathroom at this time(but coming soon). We are 5 mins to Indialantic beach and .5 mile to the Indian river(great fishing). We are located 1 mile south of Historic Melbourne Village with plenty of shops and dining options. Be a tourist, live like a local.

Fire pit potable water, toilet and shower is available in beautiful Rv on site. Come take a dip in the pool and cool off under the Florida sun. There is flush toilet and shower for you to clean off as well.
