Amazing view! Lots to do. Loved the pool and strolling / biking the neighborhood. Beautiful houses and properties, friendly people, felt safe and a great place for kids. We didn’t use the pickle ball, tennis, or shuffle board courts but there were a few people on them.
Very impressed with the whole place. We will definitely be back!

Great little spot in a wonderful beach RV condo community! The site is a concrete pad and level. Anthony was quick to respond to my messages & questions, even came to help with an issue with the lockbox that turned out to be my user error. The site has a bit of shade in early AM and late PM but not in the heat of the day so be prepared with a canopy. I only needed to use the 30amp connection and water but the site also had a sewage connection that appeared well maintained. There are several air conditioned bathroom buildings on site that were cleaned daily and in excellent condition. 3 beautiful pools and one hot tub. Beach access is locked and only for condo residents/guests so the beach is quiet and not crowded. The community is situated between the ocean and the Indian River so beautiful sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the river. Everyone around the community was so friendly and inviting. Will definitely be back!

This place exceeded all our expectations. In addition to the beautiful landscaping, everything was very organized, the bathrooms were always clean, and the people were kind and welcoming! We will definitely be back with our family! A valuable tip for future visitors: Rent a golf cart, we missed it and there are companies that rent them nearby!

This is a great place to stay. Lots of activities included. You can plan a stay here and have so much to do! Two pools on location, beach access, a restaurant and more!
The only negative review is the check in process. It is not explained that you need your vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and, if you bring pets, you need their vaccination log. You must go to the front office w all info in hand. Overall, we will happily stay here again! Beautiful resort. I sent a message to the owner and got no response, but the front office was accommodating at check in.

5 Stars – Peaceful, Easy, and Perfect!
This was one of the smoothest Hipcamp stays we’ve ever had! Booking was simple, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The site was spotless, thoughtfully organized, and exactly as described. Anthony was a fantastic host—always responsive and available if we had any questions. We felt totally at ease from the moment we arrived. Whether you’re passing through or staying a while, this spot is a gem. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!!

We stayed in an RV beach resort unoccupied space. There was cable, water, electricity and sewer hookup. It was a cement pad between two other residential trailers but they were empty since it was getting to be the summer low season as this resort. There was private access to several pools and the beach on the atlantic, but also some lounging park-like area on the Indian River as well. The location is close to restaurants, several other beach accesses. This i s a nice area to stay a while. The pool we visited was a short block from our camper and it was lovely. There was a hot tub, tennis courts and more.

Very nice and comfortable spot. Easy access to both the beach and river. Access to 3 pools was great especially the beach one. This is the first trip without any mosquito bites which is a WIN for me personally. No bugs, no noise. Just a relaxing weekend well spent. Dogs had a great time relaxing too. Anthony was a great host. We will definitely be back soon.
