As a property owner, I'm pleased to offer a pristine location on a barrier island, with the beach on the east side and the Indian River Lagoon on the other. Our property boasts all amenities including waste disposal, water, electricity, and cable onsite (please note: there is no WiFi).
Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort.
Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. While pets are accepted on site, they are not allowed on the beach.

It is a great location if you're ok with being very close to your neighbors. Everyone in the resort was very friendly to us and our dogs. Great amenities including pools and tennis/pickleball courts. The beach is right across the road.

Anthony is a great, proactive host. Communicates well and promptly. The sites are fairly tight and would recommend arriving during daylight hours. Everyone we met in the community was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here with two dogs.

Amazing view! Lots to do. Loved the pool and strolling / biking the neighborhood. Beautiful houses and properties, friendly people, felt safe and a great place for kids. We didn’t use the pickle ball, tennis, or shuffle board courts but there were a few people on them.
Very impressed with the whole place. We will definitely be back!

Great little spot in a wonderful beach RV condo community! The site is a concrete pad and level. Anthony was quick to respond to my messages & questions, even came to help with an issue with the lockbox that turned out to be my user error. The site has a bit of shade in early AM and late PM but not in the heat of the day so be prepared with a canopy. I only needed to use the 30amp connection and water but the site also had a sewage connection that appeared well maintained. There are several air conditioned bathroom buildings on site that were cleaned daily and in excellent condition. 3 beautiful pools and one hot tub. Beach access is locked and only for condo residents/guests so the beach is quiet and not crowded. The community is situated between the ocean and the Indian River so beautiful sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the river. Everyone around the community was so friendly and inviting. Will definitely be back!

This place exceeded all our expectations. In addition to the beautiful landscaping, everything was very organized, the bathrooms were always clean, and the people were kind and welcoming! We will definitely be back with our family! A valuable tip for future visitors: Rent a golf cart, we missed it and there are companies that rent them nearby!
