2 nights at RVing Or Trailer At Outdoor Resorts

We stayed in an RV beach resort unoccupied space. There was cable, water, electricity and sewer hookup. It was a cement pad between two other residential trailers but they were empty since it was getting to be the summer low season as this resort. There was private access to several pools and the beach on the atlantic, but also some lounging park-like area on the Indian River as well. The location is close to restaurants, several other beach accesses. This i s a nice area to stay a while. The pool we visited was a short block from our camper and it was lovely. There was a hot tub, tennis courts and more.

Very quiet, well kept, easy to get to. The wine selection was excellent and music venue was great Food trucks on site rock. I'll be back on my next trip to Central Florida!

Very nice and comfortable spot. Easy access to both the beach and river. Access to 3 pools was great especially the beach one. This is the first trip without any mosquito bites which is a WIN for me personally. No bugs, no noise. Just a relaxing weekend well spent. Dogs had a great time relaxing too. Anthony was a great host. We will definitely be back soon.

Great awesome resort. Very clean and lots to do there. We also loved the location. We wanted to stay an extra night and Anthony was able To accommodate us. Everything worked great at the site. Could use a little spruce up though as all the sites around are really neat but it worked out.

The resort is really lovely. Walk to the sunset on the river and the sunrise on the beach. 3 pools, hot tub, post office, laundry, all on site. Great place to ride your bike around the park. Everyone in the park was very friendly. Our only issue was poor communication which could have been avoided by providing us with another resident's contact info. Anthony was out of the country and our check in was not smooth. Keys and access card were easy, but we needed BOTH gates to open so we could drive our truck and RV through. The access card only opened one gate. Office was closed and no local contact phone number given. We got in after 45 minutes only because a food truck was coming and someone opened both gates for them and us.

Very nice spot for quick getaway. My family enjoyed the ranch and the RV spot was wonderful. Large corner spot with fire pit, good patio furniture and even little swing that my sons used multiple times a day.

This is a great RV resort! The pier in the lagoon is awesome regular sightings of dolphins and manatees. The beach is not busy and less commercialized. Showers etc are all great. Highly recommend.

The spot sits in a gated community that sits between the ocean and the river with access to both. Think sunrise, sunset :) You also have access to 3 pool, a jacuzzi and pickleball courts. Although, we didn’t get to use the amenities, I believe we’d definitely would have enjoyed them… next time.

Our property boasts all amenities including waste disposal, water, electricity, and cable onsite (please note: there is no WiFi). Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort. Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. Located just 5 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, this hideaway is nestled into a cozy neighborhood under twin oaks and a mango tree. A taste of the “old Florida,” this neighborhood has untouched biodiversity complete with lots of yummy fruit trees, 100 year old buildings, and an artesian well (which your hosts have turned into a glorious, 70 degree bath tub). Hang your hammocks, lay out in the sun or moonlight, take a walk under the stars as the neighbor owls hoot, light an open fire and stay tucked away somewhere so close to the world, yet seemingly so remote. Cruise over to the beach for a surf lesson or to the river for a paddle boarding adventure (lessons and/or board rentals available). For RV and Van life folks we’ve got a 30 amp power plug (requires an extension cord) and city water hook up (BYO hose). Bring your furry friends. Our yard is not fenced so we ask that unless you have your own fence, you keep them on a leash and out of the garden! He specializes in renovating small spaces such as sailboats and RVs with his attention to detail and meticulous woodwork, so you can leave not only rejuvenated, but renovated!
