Amazing camp site on 87 acres with open fields and grand daddy oaks with amazing sunrise and sunsets and plenty of open area for stargazing. Visit our 500 year old live oak tree. The property is 5 min to Interstate 75 (414 Exit). O'Leno State (https://www.floridastateparks.org/parks-and-trails/oleno-state-park) is a 5 min drive. We have a life time park pass so entry to the park is free for us. Please ask us about that. We have power and water only at our Hip-camp. We have 3 RV slips on the property, each with 50 Amp electric and water hookups. Ichetucknee Springs State Park (https://ichetuckneesprings.com/) 15-20 min drive from our site. We also have access to the private areas on Itchetucknee and Santa Fe River and have kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, and other inflatable. Ginnie Springs (https://ginniespringsoutdoors.com/) and Rum Island (https://www.lakecityfl.com/listing/rum-island-spring-and-park) are also a short drive from our site. We also have a large tent camping area with 5 tent sites that are covered and have access to power and water. The Radiant Oaks Center is adjacent to the R/V sites and camping area. This facility is used for retreats. R/V's and campers will have access to 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped ped kitchen area with refrigerator stove and microwave, coffeemaker and plenty pots, pans and dishes. The kitchen may have limited access during special events or retreats. There are several fire pits and open fields for frisbee, volley ball, horse shoes, and corn hole games in the camping area. The building also has a large covered outdoor pouch area with lights and fans for rainy days, to hang out. reading, card games, etc. As mentioned earlier, we are on 80+ acres and plenty of room to roam and trails to explore. The city of High Springs and Lake City are each a short drive away have lots of shops, restaurants, and groceries. Feel free to ask us for recommendations. This is a working agriculture area with lots of wild life. We are not responsible injuries caused by animals, fauna, or fences that you may encounter.

Its location is in the middle of a forest, the road to get there is ong unpaved but doable, very slow, the area is not that well kept but for the price is okey. Very friendly staff, beautifull oak trees, peacefull vibes, dog friendly. I would recommend for a getaway to read a book, connect with nature. Inside the location there is just a small walk around the area, tou need a car to go hiking in the nearest park. Overall satisfied!!! I saw a lot of 4track, I guess if you have one you can have fun exploring.

Highly recommend! Super convenient and well-equipped! My husband and I had a great experience at this campsite. The amenities were surprisingly complete: a mini barn with clean toilet, plenty of toilet paper, hot water, a fridge, a microwave and even a heater, which is a huge plus for us (we had some freezing nights during our stay). The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location is also fantastic - it’s very close to the nearby state park. Donna’s recommendation of the restaurants and cafe are also great! Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay! Will definitely come back!

April was thoughtful and considerate while also respecting our privacy. The amenities were minimal but well presented. The porta Jon was clean and neat. April’s campsite was absolutely incredible! From the start, she was super communicative and helpful, making everything easy and stress-free. The campsite itself is completely private, no stacked RVs or crowded spaces. Just peace, quiet, and nature. One of the best parts? The location! It’s super close to Ichetucknee Springs, and April even offers a shuttle service. If you’re in an RV and don’t want to deal with driving or parking near the springs, this is a game changer. She took us right to the springs, which made our kayaking and tubing adventures so simple and fun. We had an amazing time and can’t recommend this spot enough. April is a fantastic host, and the area is absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back!

April’s campsite was great - I have no complaints! Beautiful, clean, and so convenient - places like Ichetucknee springs, grocery stores, and gas stations were just 10 minutes away. She is very kind as well and very hospitable. It was a little tricky to put the steaks in the ground for tents as there were quite a few rocks but that didn’t pose too much of a problem. With cool clean water, a clean toilet, a very nice fire ring, a clean picnic table, and decent WiFi, it was a great campsite! I would definitely recommend this for anyone interested, families, friends, or solo campers. It seemed like a very safe area as well and all the locals were very kind and helpful.

The perfect spot for a beginner or experienced camper! Beautiful property, great nature noises throughout the day! Firewood is available if you aren't scared to get in the woods. Weekend Trip to The Oaks RV Park

Very quiet campground with nice little walking loop. Currently upgrading bathrooms and shower house but the one that was open was very clean. No picnic table but we made due with tailgate for outside cooking. Nice relaxing weekend.
