Rasayana Cove

Rasayana Cove is a 25-acre eco-retreat located in the heartland of west central Florida. An hour's drive east of Sarasota surrounded by vast tracts of orange groves and ranch land, Rasayana Cove has been operating as a small retreat center since 1995. The long eastern boundary borders Horse Creek, a major tributary of the Peace River. The property features two spring-fed ponds - one small and the other large.  The cabins are accessible by well constructed shell-topped roads with good drainage and a variety of nature pathways.  A natural ecosystem remains undisturbed in the middle of the property - a Florida bay head of native flora and wildlife. While most of the state is crowded and overdeveloped, this eco-retreat offers a haven of peace in the pristine nature of Florida

The Love Lodge

The Love Lodge is a tranquil oasis within minutes of the Alafia River State Park, Florida's #1 mountain biking trail, as well as a number of other destinations for boating, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, carting, ATV, and skeet shooting. We are only 5 minutes to the Alderman Ford Canoe Launch on the Alafia River, just upstream of Lithia Springs. The property is also a great jumping off point for berry picking and flower picking when the season is right. 
Located in the town of Lithia, conveniently between Tampa and Orlando, we are 15 minutes away from antique shopping in Plant City and Lakeland; 20 minutes from Dinosaur World; 30 minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa; and an hour and 15 minutes from Disney World. The Gulf beaches are also within striking distance if you’re looking to enjoy some time on the coast.Your Hosts are available to greet you upon arrival if you like, or are also happy to offer self check-in per guest preference.

The property was originally an exotic plant nursery specializing in rare fruits and flowers. 

We loved seeing all the ripe fruits on the trees

We are a working horse farm who hosts groups, summer camps, after school program, boarding, girl scouts, boy scouts, and birthday parties! We are very kid friendly and are perfect getaway for the family.

Come and camp on our open, grassy field. We are offer
horseback riding, boarding, and more with our beautiful horses. Lithia Springs is only 15 minutes away and
the beaches are an hour from our property.

You're also near tons of different parks with canoeing, playgrounds, pavilions, and activities only 15 minutes away, restaurants are only 10 minutes from our facility We are private property off of a private road and await your visit!

We can accommodate two, 30 amp & one, 50 amp site plus four, 20 amps or less at this time. We do not have a septic black tank hook up for RVs or campers. We do have a bathroom in the barn with a working toilet and sink but no shower.  We do have plenty of room for campers, tents, and RVs!

The birds that frequent The ranch are a family of Sand Hill Cranes, Snowy Egrets, an America Bald Eagle, Kestrels, Finch, and Red-shouldered Hawks to name a few!    Soaking In some Native Florida solitude will surely encourage a sense of peace and tranquility.      Myakka state park is within 4 miles, and the main entrance is approximately 8.   Only 30 minutes to Florida’s most sought after beaches and eclectic restaurants and night life; we are far enough away and close enough at the same time!        You never know when the Opportunity to get your hands in the dirt and help to cultivate our homegrown vegetables may occur! Or join in on our campfire cookouts after a long day of gathering and working cows!       Our location and seemingly ideal balance of open pastures, Oak Hammocks and natural wetlands lends itself to the most beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and Stargazing that southwest Florida has to offer!
