Close to horse back riding, Lake Istokpoga Park is less than 5 miles for great fishing and boat ramp access. Highlands Hammock State Park is close by. Sebring International Raceway is near by as well. 80 miles to either Florida coast and 2 hrs south of Orlando. Just a disclaimer; Sebring Raceway is 7 miles away and if the wind is right you can hear the cars racing, also, lake Istokpoga is big for airboats so we do hear them running some. Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and there is even a Ford dealership with Service department in walking distance should you need to have some maintenance taken care off. A featured walking path located across the street, nearby state parks and beaches. Frostproof, Lake Clinch. and Lake Reedy are just 10 mins away. Lake Clinch is a beautifully clear 1200 acre lake with a sandy beaches, pavilions, and a boat ramp, and Lake Reedy is a 3500 acre lake, both with consistent largemouth bass fishing, with anglers also catching warmouth, bluegill, and other species. We had a wonderful stay at this RV campsite! The site was fully equipped with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hookups that worked perfectly. The fully fenced-in yard with a locking gate gave us a nice sense of privacy and security, and the shed on site was a helpful bonus for storing items. It’s located on a busy road, and backing in was a little tricky, but it was manageable, and once we were settled in, we really appreciated the space and setup. It was a quiet, comfortable spot, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

**Hipcamp Review: Lakeshore View** Our stay at Lakeshore View was fantastic! The property is quiet, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax. Joe and his wife were wonderful hosts—so welcoming and excited to share their little piece of paradise with us. The campsite had easy access to sewer, water, and electricity, making our stay hassle-free. We also loved the picnic table and the beautifully crafted fire pit, which made for cozy evenings under the stars. Our kids had a great time fishing, which made the trip even more special for our family. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the spot. We will definitely be back!

The place is absolutely beautiful, you are surrounded by the lake, and the scenery is worth of a postcard. Joe and his family and warm and welcoming. Joe is very helpful and handy. He went above and beyond helping me get the awning properly placed, and even came up with a creative solution to my roof tent flap. We are grateful they allow us to experience their property and the opportunity to get to know them. DONT HESITATE TO BOOK!

One of the best stays we have had!! The lot is amazing, full fenced in yard! We went to the ymca just a mile down the road. The beaches are close, stores are close. Loved the farmers market on Dearborn. If you haven’t been shark tooth hunting. Check out shark frenzy to get all the information you need to do it. Crystal was great, she answered quickly to any questions we had. Also shared some local events going on!! Hoping to spend a month here next time!

Hubby, myself and our 2 fur babies had an amazing relaxing time. On Joe’s land you will be camping by a lake with beautiful oak trees. Joe was there greeting us upon our arrival and was very helpful, we are new to RVing and are learning as we go and didn’t have a long enough sewer hose or electric extension and Joe was kind to let us borrow his and hook us up! He also has canoes and a paddleboat that you can use on the lake and a tree swing! We totally recommend this property for camping.

We really enjoyed being able to have our dog off leash and free to just be. The site is nice, has everything you need in regard to hookups. The street is busy but our RV has noise control so it was not an issue for us. Crystal was very responsive when we reached out.

We liked staying there. We had full hookups, close to stores & not far to a beach access. We liked that it was fenced in so the dog didn’t need to be on leash. Crystal was easy & quick to communicate with. I would definitely stay again. This was my first HipCamp experience & it was awesome.
