The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone. There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. Learn more about this land: Bring your RV (class B or C up to 25", trailers up to 16') to our wooded property next to a private residence with a pool, patio, and firepit.  We have one site that can accommodate up to two guests. No pets, children or smoking. Check in between 2pm and Sunset. Check out 11:00. Enjoy bird-watching in the winter – we have a feeder and birdbath. There’s plenty to explore in the area. The property provides water, 30amp electric and free Wifi.  A dump station and laundry are near by.  Generators are not allowed.  The back-in site can fit up to 25' foot R/V (Class B or C) or a 16' trailer (no longer) on a flat gravel surface.     Groceries, restaurants, and services can be found within 2 miles in the town of Sebastian. Nearby parks and refuges include Sebastian Inlet State Park, where you can fish or surf, St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park, where there are 60 miles of trails and Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, home to the first NWR in the US.  Vero Beach is about 15 miles South and Melbourne is about 20 miles North.

Our property is 2.2 acres of beauty! Immediately adjacent to the RV spot is a large, open meadow, surrounded by food forest on two sides. These areas are like where orchards meet wildlands. Expect to see a lot of birds, bees, and butterflies. The host is an expert forager, garden designer, and author of the book "Food Forest Revolution". There are heritage breed pigs, chickens, and a fruit tree nursery on site. There are also active, outdoorsy children catching lizards. We prefer long-term campers.

We had a great time camping at this preserve. Michael is very responsive and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have. When we arrived he had someone ready to show us how to get to our spot which is secluded so very peaceful change from the busy state parks. The site was clean and had great space and coverage. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay again!!

This is a working farm and venue with great spots to car camp. The preserve on the property is a beautiful old oak hammock to explore. We saw gators, otters, heard coyotes in the distance. Fun spot to unwind for a weekend.

Tent camping with our two dogs in November. The site had a fire pit (sand with some cinderblocks) that fit our needs; brought our own wood. Toilet was close to site, site was clean and private. Bring bug spray. Goats were cool and property dog “Pete” was nice.
