With lots of space for tents and/or a small RV right along Mason Creek, you'll enjoy a secluded environment yet remain close to fun activities and plenty or restaurants and necessities. You can choose where to pitch your tent either right by the river or in the expansive yard closer to the wooded area. You will also have access to the outdoor amenities of our home, including an outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower, and hangout space under the stilt house. Privacy and country comforts, yet 3 miles from the I-75 exit. Grocery and restaurants nearby as well. There is a stable and 2 cross-fenced paddocks for grazing. An RV site with 30A power and water hookup, but no restroom available fo the RV site. A one room cabin with a queen bed is available with a separate full bathroom. Come visit our friendly donkey (Henry) and Scottish Highland cow (Wallace). You will hear roosters, braying and some mooing early in the morning. The Withlacoochee Trail is a mile east at the end of the road. This is a biking, hiking and equestrian trail. Florida Classic Park is roughly 2 miles north on Lockhart. The Croom Recreational Area is also 3 miles away. If you are traveling with farm animals, we do have (2) 2-acre cross-fenced paddocks available for an additional fee. We also have a stable available, but that does have a concrete floor with mats. Please reach out to us directly in this regard.

While I was in Mark's front yard, I felt like I was a world away at my own farm. This wonderfully flat and clear site faces the horses and the nursery at the front of the property. It's far enough out to feel like you're in the countryside, but close enough to everything to feel like you're in the city. Just 15 minutes from Mt. Dora and 45 from the Lake Apopka Wilderness Drive, a perfect recommendation from Mark, Pennylane Farm is a perfect spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan's place. For us, it was a place where we could relax for a few days and get projects done around the house. Dan is personable, friendly, helpful, and considerate, touching base but allowing us our privacy. When the payment platform had issues, he was willing to extend our stay until I could get it worked out. The spot was flat, sandy but with grass, with beautiful old trees, and of course, his little farm. There is traffic noise but we are accustomed to that. Excellent spot to see a full moon! Very cozy and close to Brooksville, which has everything you need. We did Weeki Watchee and loved the little thrift store next door.

I just stayed at Tyler’s land and it was absolutely wonderful! The property is stunning with so many fun things to do—you can truly relax and enjoy every moment. I was also impressed with how thoughtfully stocked everything was, including free personal hygiene products that made the stay even more comfortable. As someone who lives in Florida, I’ll definitely be making it a habit to come back and visit often. Highly recommend! 🌿✨

We recently stayed at the RV Site that offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. The highlights for us were definitely the direct access to the canal, which was perfect for launching our kayaks right from the site. The site was spacious, providing ample room not only to park our camper comfortably but also to spread out and enjoy the outdoors without feeling cramped. A standout amenity was the outdoor shower, a refreshing and convenient feature after a day on the water. Overall, a great spot that we would highly recommend!

The Farmland is beautiful. We loved watching the sunrise over the pastors. The horses and chickens were fun to watch. The Host Mark was a great guy. Fun to talk to and very accommodating. It's a peaceful place to camp. I would recommend this place!

Booked Michael’s place very last minute, and we were so glad we did! It was a nice quiet place to rest for the night. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating when we ran late due to traffic. We loved waking up this morning and watching the chickens while drinking our coffee. If ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again!
