This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there.
Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch.
Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees.
Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando.
A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing!
Whether you'd like a leisurely day on the river or an adventure in the Gulf, there are plenty of boating options nearby. Be sure to make it back to the property in time to enjoy amazing sunsets that bring peace and tranquility to your experience.

Our property, though small, is a heavily wooded, botanical dream totally geared for outdoor enjoyment and outside living. We have a greenhouse of tropical plants and function as a microfarm; just steps away from the ocean w/backyard chickens for fresh eggs, salad greens, herbs, fruits and vegetables grown year-round. You will find a fenced communal pool area, outdoor shower, bathroom, 2 covered porch areas, including outdoor kitchen space, minifridge, gas grill w/side burner, TV, Wi-Fi and space for a hammock. The is a shared space but we will always ensure your privacy and give you plenty of solitude, if that is what is desired. We are 420 friendly and don't mind small well behaved pets as long as you assume all responsibility, are careful with them and clean up after yourselves. Quiet time 10pm-8am.
The property is geared more toward adults. There is a backyard pool and many of our plants are poisonous, sharp, have dangerous spines. Safety is a priority; because of this, if you travel with kids they need to be supervised at all times. It is recommended everyone wears shoes and stays on main walkways when enjoying the property.
The RV parking site has a 50 amp RV power hook-up. There is also a 15-amp outlet (120V) at the site you can use as well. There is a city water hook-up. No blackwater sewer services. No wastewater dumping on the property. Your site has a dedicated shaded sitting area surrounded by bamboo and palm trees for your personal use, secluded in the front yard.
We're in a safe, residential neighborhood in a wonderful, beachside community, less than a mile to Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, countless restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and the Indian River Lagoon.
Our ocean access boardwalk does not offer public restrooms, parking or lifeguards, but there are several parks nearby that do.

This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there.
Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch.
Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees.
Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando.
A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing!
Whether you'd like a leisurely day on the river or an adventure in the Gulf, there are plenty of boating options nearby. Be sure to make it back to the property in time to enjoy amazing sunsets that bring peace and tranquility to your experience.

You will find a fenced communal pool area, outdoor shower, bathroom, 2 covered porch areas, including outdoor kitchen space, minifridge, gas grill w/side burner, TV, Wi-Fi and space for a hammock. The is a shared space but we will always ensure your privacy and give you plenty of solitude, if that is what is desired. We are 420 friendly and don't mind small well behaved pets as long as you assume all responsibility, are careful with them and clean up after yourselves. Quiet time 10pm-8am.
The property is geared more toward adults. There is a backyard pool and many of our plants are poisonous, sharp, have dangerous spines. Safety is a priority; because of this, if you travel with kids they need to be supervised at all times. It is recommended everyone wears shoes and stays on main walkways when enjoying the property.
The RV parking site has a 50 amp RV power hook-up. There is also a 15-amp outlet (120V) at the site you can use as well. There is a city water hook-up. No blackwater sewer services. No wastewater dumping on the property. Your site has a dedicated shaded sitting area surrounded by bamboo and palm trees for your personal use, secluded in the front yard.
We're in a safe, residential neighborhood in a wonderful, beachside community, less than a mile to Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, countless restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and the Indian River Lagoon.
Our ocean access boardwalk does not offer public restrooms, parking or lifeguards, but there are several parks nearby that do.

Camp Mack is a beautiful Old Florida fish camp! Our site was amongst the live oaks, quiet an peaceful. Staff and facilities were wonderful. It was relaxing to site along the water and watch fishermen and airboats coming and going. The camp store has everything you need, restrooms and showers are well maintained, and everyone is friendly! We did not use the pool, but it was very nice with a clubhouse and restrooms and showers. The Freshwater Tavern is within walking distance with food and beverages, was nice, and there is a food truck on the premises. We would definitely stay again!

Sometimes you find a diamond hiding in plan site. While Webster, FL is a small dot on the map, it packs a hidden charm and peacefulness! The campsites are situated close to one another like any other campsites there is room for both privacy and interaction with others. We stayed a few days and met many travelers, all of them pleasant and at the same time willing to give you space. Accommodations for restroom, shower and even an efficiency kitchen.(shared) that is always welcome. The real standout is the Spirit of the place and the sisters make you feel at home in an instant. Thank you both. We look forward to returning.
Be sure to check out the state park and recreation area down the street. Bring a kayak, a tube and your fishing gear and take a step back in time to a simpler Florida.

We have been their twice in the last six months with a several other families and enjoyed our time there both times. Rob and Mike are very friendly and respond promptly to questions or issues. The bathroom/outdoor kitchen area are cleaned at least once per day and always stocked with needed items. Showers are nice and always hot. One thing to be aware of is there are horses and donkeys that roam free on the property and will occasionally show up at your campsite, usually around meal time. That can be a bit of an annoyance, but spend a few minutes guiding them away and they usually will take the hint.

We had a wonderful group tent camping trip with 6 families. The owners and staff were extremely attentive to our needs and responded quickly when we needed more propane and when we had an issue with the propane fire pit we had rented (due to a fire ban). The restrooms and showers are wonderful, and our kids loved the Keurig coffee and hot chocolate. The free-roaming horses and donkeys are charming for a bit, but can get annoying after a while. The farm tour is fun and definitely worth the time. The land is beautiful and spacious, and a good variety of Florida topography to explore. Highly recommend this property for its beauty, facilities and staff.

Bill is the best host! This spot has it all. Its on a dead end that has a boardwalk to the beach. The sunsets are perfect. There is a ice cream shop next door and a circle k a block away. Walking distance to restaurants. Britts pizza is awesome. They have a dj that also sings requested songs on the outside patio. Service was great. The Pics on the site dont do it justice. This place has a swimming pool and 2 outside showers. Bill is remodeling the houses that you park at. You wont hear any remodeling sounds. Bills spot is one of 5 spots we have stayed at while on our vacation and if I had known about this 1st it would of been the only spot we stayed. Warning use sunblock on the beach!!!!

Our trip started on Friday the 13th. The unexpected surprises kept rolling in through the weekend! Lol. We made the best of it enjoyed our week stay on the grounds. As always we would recommend SA for any length of stay. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you Billy and Hilary!!!

Rob and Mike have a beautiful property and our family had a great time! The bathroom and showers are very clean and modern without losing the rustic feel. The horses and donkeys are so friendly and came right up to our tent camp site.
Mike made sure to give us a tour of the ranch and we were able to pet their goats and miniature horses. We saw some other cool animals too!

Where to go
Orlando and the Lake Country
Orlando’s theme parks might pull in the crowds, but the city is also surrounded by lakes and forests, affording plenty of options for fishing, paddling, and lakeside camping. Explore the hiking and horseback riding trails around Lake Apopka, cool off swimming and kayaking at Wekiwa Springs State Park, or seek out a tranquil campsite in Seminole State Forest. Further north, Ocala National Forest has 12 developed campgrounds and miles of backcountry camping.
Florida Heartlands
Florida’s rural heartlands stretch north and west of Lake Okeechobee, the state’s largest freshwater lake. This is the spot to escape the crowds, whether parking your RV on a farmland Hipcamp, hiking and paddling the wetlands of Lake Kissimmee State Park, or fishing for bass on Lake Placid.
Atlantic Coast
Just a 40-minute drive from Orlando, the Canaveral National Seashore has some of the best backcountry camping along the Atlantic Coast, where you can boat or kayak to remote islands and pitch your tent right on the beach. Further north, there are plenty of RV parks and campgrounds between New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, and Palm Coast, with easy access to the beaches, dunes, and lagoons.
Gulf Coast
Urban campers have plenty of options around Tampa, the gateway to Central Florida’s Gulf Coast. Pitch your tent by white-sand beaches at Fort de Soto Park or Cayo Costa State Park, go fishing and hiking at Little Manatee River State Park, or enjoy some of Florida’s only whitewater rafting at Hillsborough River State Park.
