This 2-acre lot will put you in touch with nature! You will see and hear owls, many species of birds in a quiet, peaceful setting. Bluebird boxes, bird feeder and birdbath are near the RV site, so you will enjoy watching nature right at your campsite. Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes.
You select the space you where you wish to set up camp.
The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access.
Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly!
We can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers.
Our guests love staying here: "Camping at Gayle’s property was an amazing experience. We shared the field with 3 other campers but there was still plenty of room between sites. Land is flat and has fire pit spaces and BBQ grills. Outdoor shower was appreciated even though we didn’t use it & it was great to have the port-o-potty on site. The best part was getting to see the animals!"

Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank, the other one shares the 8 gal. tank with the shower. Two locked gates in our chain link fence allow most RVs the option to pull through or back in. Water and 30A electric hookup located at corner of concrete pad, next to the Jennair gas grill. Relax on our Broyhill couch and easy chairs under the awning, and enjoy our latest addition, a fire table. Hang out in the new gazebo with mosquito netting and fabric panels on a Trex deck with a polycarbonate roof. Keep an eye out for hawks, owls, osprey and ibis. If you are extra lucky, you might spot our resident gopher tortoise! (If you do, please enjoy from a distance, they are protected.)

Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (34' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.
We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.
We are LGBTQ friendly.
Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here.
Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each pet is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. Most of the beaches are also pet friendly.

Utmost professionalism—water and electricity are available, and comprehensive documentation is provided upon arrival, clearly outlining what is permitted and what is not. We had a beautiful weekend at Holly’s place. The kayaking was wonderful and we spent a day paddling up to Deep Creek. We also spent a day in St Augustine which was only a 30 min drive. Great wildlife viewing and very peaceful. We highly recommend this campsite.

We enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s. He is a most gracious host. Parking was spacious and level, and our doodle very much enjoyed the secluded, fully fenced property and grassy play area. Very dog friendly! We found it easy to navigate into old town Saint Augustine. If our travel plans, bring us back to Saint Augustine, we will most certainly stay here again! This was a perfect spot for exploring St Augustine while being tucked away in a very quiet, peaceful setting. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. Our 33 ft skoolie fit inside the yard with room to spare. The site was very safe, secure, and well lit, which made us feel very comfortable going outside at night. We rarely venture out of our rig at night, so that was a welcome change of pace. We liked it here so much that we extended our stay! If we pass through St Augustine again, we will definitely return to this awesome spot!!

The hosts are exceptionally nice. They greeted us with a welcome packet with many helpful resources for the area. The site is well positioned for exploring St. Augustine. The neighborhood is quiet. Both spots at the site are in front of the house, so if you wanted to be tucked away that is something to consider. Definitely a good option for a place to stay in St. Augustine.
