This is a pet-friendly and family-friendly home! Almost 2,000 square feet, on approximately 14 acres of wooded land. Three-sided deck for relaxing and BBQ. Enjoy the horses and llamas in the corral. Trial in front of the property ot the pond and gazebo. Just a short 20-minute ( 12 miles ) drive to Estes Park. Within 1/2 mile of the Wild Basin entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, with great hiking trails and views.
Near the Wild Basin Lodge and National Park access. You will have the whole house to yourselves, the property is shared with the homeowners and llamas, and horses.
Guests have full access to the 4-bedroom, 2-bath home on approximately 14 acres. There is a pond and a gazebo on the front of the property. The Rocky Mountain National Park is within walking distance with great hiking trails.
Pet fees-$25.00 per pet per night up to two pets only. Must be kept in the inside kennel provided by the guest or an outside kennel on the property. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, including beds. Guests must provide pet supplies.

There is fishing, skiing, golfing, snowmobile riding along with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.
The best and closest restaurant and bar is the Roadhouse Bar and Grill which is a 1/2 mile away, you can enjoy good food without going all the way into town. They have the best Country fried chicken and steak on Friday and crab legs on Saturday! If you are down to earth and just want to have a good time you'll love this place!!
Dishwasher in the kitchen and we do have to pack out the trash so please use the dishwasher and leave the paper plates at home, less trash is better!

From the moment we arrived, it was love at first sight. The drive in was an adventure all its own, winding through breathtaking scenery with panoramic views of the Horseshoe Reservoir below. And once we pulled up, the real magic began.
Cody’s RV was everything I had envisioned—rustic charm meets thoughtful comfort. What truly surprised me, though, was the impeccable attention to detail and the well-appointed amenities that made the camping space feel like a retreat. Perched above a million-dollar view, the RV came stocked with fantastic extras: kayaks, paddleboards, and a cozy firepit that lit up our evenings under the stars.
This was my first visit to the site, but it certainly won’t be my last. The property was spotless, the experience unforgettable, and we enjoyed every moment to the fullest.
