Jennifer's tiny cabin was so great! It was easy to get to, the instructions were clear and the cabin provided so many more supplies than I was expecting. We cooked out, stargazed (saw a meteor!), went into Estes Park to explore and had a wonderful time in the outdoors. Bring bug spray if you're going in the summer!

Excellent place for staying near the Rockies! The house was clean, exactly as described, and well suited for us 2 adults and 5 kids. We didn’t spend much time inside except to sleep so the small space was fine. There was an issue with the previous occupants not taking care of the toilet which rendered it unusable, but we had brought a portable toilet so we didn’t use it. Entry road, Storm Mountain Drive, is an exciting uphill drive with switchbacks, and some gravel sections with no guardrails - goes up about 1200’ in 3-4 miles, which takes about 20 minutes to/from the highway. For swimming nearby, check out Carter Lake for a nice quiet beach on a reservoir. Great stargazing and plenty of space to explore. We would love to come back!

We loved this tiny cabin! Spacious enough with the essentials and gorgeous scenery. We especially loved the morning sunlight filtering through the grove of pine trees surrounding the area. We used the fire pit up near the cabin and were grateful for the seating logs. Was a bit worried about temp as we have a little one but there was no need - I’m sure it fluctuates but in mid June it stayed nice and toasty all night. Tip - there is a beautiful log ladder to get up to the loft - socks can make it kind of slick so it was helpful to be barefoot. Also if we had a generator we definitely would have used the outlets! Thank you for a great wilderness getaway!

Cannot say enough good things about this spot. The views were amazing, the property is so peaceful and gorgeous and the cabin is just what you need. The directions were easy to follow. We cannot WAIT to come back.

The cabin is very beautiful and simple. Perfect for being in the woods but with a little more comfort than camping. Jennifer gave detailed information re. the supplies you need to bring. It’s at the end of a long uphill dirt and gravel road so 4 wheel drive helps.

This is just the kind of spot I'm always searching for! Quiet, private, simple. Off grid, but with enough amenities to feel comfortable and cozy. We brought everything we thought we would need but there were also plenty of "extras" already there. I loved listening to all the different birds and a drive further up the mountain provided more beautiful views. Would definitely love to stay again if I'm back in the area!

Beautiful location and lots of privacy. The cabin was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. No water, no cell service - but isn’t that the whole fun of it? We had a great time cooking on the campfire and enjoying the birds and peace.

Such a fun place and close access to Estes Park (30 minutes). Fire pit was great and the house was so sweet. Had a bunch of basic kitchen supplies too which was super helpful. Hosts were very accommodating. Will go again!

This tiny cabin was so fun! My wife and two small kids joined me with our small dogs, and we had a blast. It rained a LOT, but we were dry and cozy inside the cabin. The grounds had plenty to explore, and we really enjoyed the area. Thank you Jennifer for letting us share your amazing space :)

Such an amazing place to stay for a few days on a road trip I had planned for my brother and I. Amazing space, gated entrance, kind neighbors and a beautiful view!

This is a beautiful little place! It is small but cozy and clean. Plenty of room for 5 people in comfortable beds (said by someone with a bad back) and even 6 if you wanted to have someone on the floor. The beds are I. The loft so be ready to climb a beautiful log ladder. The cabin has lights and outlets but no water or plumbing.
The property is private and large without light or sound from any neighbors. The dogs explored for hours! Tons of trees and a beautiful drive up the canyon to the lot. Beautiful open area to Star gaze right next to the cabin.
There are two fire pits. The one nearest the cabin has some little bench like structures which are well suited to sit and cook. That one isn’t on a flat area, though, so hard to set up camp chairs. The other fire pit is on flatter ground but a bit further away and near an old camper and a pop up parked on the lot. There is plenty of space for multiple cars.
We had truly lovely time and hope to visit again soon! The host was very sweet and responsive!

It was great getaway after long pandemic, pretty comfortable beds and very kind instructions from Jennifer. Close to national parks and plenty of stuff to do around.
You may want to keep yourselves busy down the creek or other things to do from 1-5 pm because it gets pretty warm during Summer.
We would love to come back again.

We had a group of 6 stay/camp on Jennifer’s property and we couldn’t have had a better time. The area was great and the perfect weekend getaway! You have just enough cell service to make phone calls but not enough LTE to access the internet so it was great! A Moose currently seems to live on the property and catching a few glimpses of him from afar made the trip even more special! Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

This was the perfect cabin for a weekend away with the dog! Beautiful! The creek down to the right was so fun to play in.
Beds in loft with ladder to get up. Electricity and lights with USB ports to charge phones. The hill to get down is no joke - AWD is a must.

Great small little cabin! Was a little muddy getting into down there, but that was mostly due to snow run-off. The snow in the mountains however, was absolutely beautiful. Jennifer also was friendly and gave good direct instructions. I would absolutely recommend this cabin for others!

Jennifer was a great host. The cabin was very cute and cozy. It was cold outside but we were toasty with the propane heater. It is definitely rustic and was a pretty tight fit for 2 adults and 3 kids, given the fact that it's winter and we didn't hang out outside a lot. But we had a fun getaway!

Very private location with some relatively steep grade driveway to enter/exit (note recommend if there is snow and you don't have a 4WD vehicle). The camp site itself is spacious with plenty of room for parking and vehicle turnaround. The cabin is small but might, we'll designed with two floors -- a main level with a couch and countertop space for preparing food and a bunk level with two queen-sized mattresses. Getting in and out of the bunk area requires moderate dexterity that may be tricky for small children or older adults. There are plenty of windows that let in natural light (sun or moon). The door includes a deadbolt lock and is secure.

Amazing little cabin in the woods.
Out host Jennifer was great!! Quick to respond to any questions, super nice!!
Very clean, organized welcoming cabin that is much more spacious than you would expect.
Sleeping conditions were very clean. The loft has 2 very comfortable queen beds up top and a futon in the main room. Great deck for hangout. Fire pit, although there was a fire ban we still sat around viewing the 🌟 stars. Jennifer had a few extra available helpful items: table for making food or crafts, extra camping chairs, bear mace just in case at the door. A huge added bonus fast charger USB plug and 12vlt charge station along with normal wall outlets from the solar panel.
We really enjoyed this little cabin and hope to come back soon.
