The terrain is rocky, we highly recommend keeping your eyes on your small kids as well as when they are in the lofts, for security reasons.
Reiki healing sessions are available upon request as well as Reiki training by a Certified Reiki Master.
Smoking is permitted outside when not under a fire ban.
Hipcampers under 21 years old are welcome only under adult supervision.
We recommend bringing your own towels and a flashlight since our lodging has an out side toilet. Please don't expect a flush toilet, we want to emphasize that we offer a porta potty.
We are charging a very small cleaning fee, expecting our guests to leave the place as they found it.

Cripple Creek, Woodland Park and Eleven Mile Reservoir are appx 30 mins away; Breckenridge and Buena Vista about an hour; Mueller State Park and Eleven Mile Canyon being appx 15 mins away. Enjoy a game of corn hole and stargazing at your campsite. There are several Ute prayer trees on the property and Will would be happy to take you on a walking tour. Campsite equipped w/ sun shower and camp toilet. Please note, this is a tent site only with no access for camper trailers. Our tent is furnished with a queen-sized bed. An additional cot or bedding on the floor for smaller children can be provided at no extra cost. You may also set up your own tent (only one) for two additional guests (four guests total) for no extra charge.

I widened the gate and moved my mailbox for easier access. Butane fire rings allowed on private property during a fire ban .
Camp anywhere on 60 acres. In one direction there are rolling meadow. Another rocky outcropping. Look to the south and you’ll see the BLM land that shares my fence line. If you want access to town you’re there. You choose how you want to feel. In the woods, in the forest, on huge rocks, flat land or turn around and see CR 1 ( 1/4 mile driveway). Forty five minutes west of Colorado Springs, ten miles to Divide for grocers. One half mile to ice, gas, pizza etc. It is first come first serve with the sites. Two that are near trees for large RVs. One up higher works for pull thru trailers. Plenty of room in the pasture. I just got my first negative review referring to it being dry prairie land. Some pictures are from late last summer.. We haven’t had enough rain yet for it to green up. Also it can be windy.

Property borders the Florissant Fossil Bed National Monument. Campsite is on private, beautiful, quiet 26 acres of ponderosa, spruce, fir and aspens with a wonderful view of Badger Mtn. Cripple Creek, Woodland Park and Eleven Mile Reservoir are appx 30 mins away; Breckenridge and Buena Vista about an hour; Mueller State Park and Eleven Mile Canyon being appx 15 mins away. Enjoy a game of corn hole and stargazing at your campsite. There are several Ute prayer trees on the property and Will would be happy to take you on a walking tour. Campsite equipped w/ sun shower and camp toilet. Please note, this is a tent site only with no access for camper trailers. Our tent is furnished with a queen-sized bed. An additional cot or bedding on the floor for smaller children can be provided at no extra cost. You may also set up your own tent (only one) for two additional guests (four guests total) for no extra charge.

I widened the gate and moved my mailbox for easier access. Butane fire rings allowed on private property during a fire ban .
Camp anywhere on 60 acres. In one direction there are rolling meadow. Another rocky outcropping. Look to the south and you’ll see the BLM land that shares my fence line. If you want access to town you’re there. You choose how you want to feel. In the woods, in the forest, on huge rocks, flat land or turn around and see CR 1 ( 1/4 mile driveway). Forty five minutes west of Colorado Springs, ten miles to Divide for grocers. One half mile to ice, gas, pizza etc. It is first come first serve with the sites. Two that are near trees for large RVs. One up higher works for pull thru trailers. Plenty of room in the pasture. I just got my first negative review referring to it being dry prairie land. Some pictures are from late last summer.. We haven’t had enough rain yet for it to green up. Also it can be windy.

Teresa’s camp site was amazing for my family and I!!! Teresa was extremely helpful and responsive from the beginning of our booking and shared this responsiveness and communication throughout our stay. My daughter and her cousin were able to run around freely without fear of them getting hurt. We were right by the petting zoo so they also had a ton of fun feeding the donkeys and goats carrots. We also paid for the horse backing riding lesson which was so much fun. There is also a little town about 14 mins away from the site that has shops, and an amazing lake that we went to explore on our second to last day. We will be coming back and I recommend to anyone but especially families with children; we all had the best time. Thank you Teresa ❤️❤️❤️

I had a great time at this beautiful campground/farm, and Teresa is very responsive and accommodating. The campground has lots of trees and the location makes it very peaceful. I got to enjoy my camper van and go on a hike close by. There are a few good restaurants in town.
I highly recommend this campground. I came here for the first time 3 years ago where my family and I were part of a commercial for an RV company, and it did not disappoint.

Weekend Trip to Monument Creek Glamping
My husband and I had a really great night at the sunshine tent! I will say, definitely don’t plan to go when it’s retold like we did. The host provides a lovely propane heater, but it can only do so much. The hot tub was a wonderful sight and was very comfortable and clean. The space has a small, private fence around it which makes it that much nicer. We had a very sweet cat visitor with us all night snuggling up to keep warm. Would absolutely recommend!

It's a nice quiet spot off the beaten path. Dan is a great host. This isn't an RV park with full hook-ups or anything. But there's a nice view of the surrounding hills and a cattle pen with cows and some chickens. A great place to park and take a break for a night or two.

This is one of the most beautiful camp sites we have been to this year. Tim is great to work with and we appreciate him for sharing this property with us. If you get a chance to book, I would highly suggest you do. Spending time fishing with my young grandaughter was the best part of our trip. and the fishing was excellent. Great little spot to camp for a bit. Dan is a great guy and was very helpful to me when I had some issues with my rv. Dan went put of his way to be helpful and offer options for me to get my rig fixed. I will definitely return. The view is great. Spots are near the road, but it is quiet and lots of animals to keep you company and views to calm you.
